About The Opportunity
The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). A Senior Product Designer at HappyCo is an integral part of a successful, high performing product team. Join customer calls to gain real-time exposure to the problems we are solving

About the role
Reporting to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and delivering data driven one-to-one lifecycle journeys and member experiences (both BAU and project based) that will help inform, educate, engage, and retain members with HCF.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications
8-10 yearsโ experience in a data driven marketing role in medium to large organisations - business and/or government and /or not-for-profit sector.
Strong grasp of current lifecycle marketing strategies and in designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Proven track record of delivering against key metrics and in developing test and learn frameworks, across multiple channels, especially email, direct mail and SMS
Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines, work under pressure and maintain professionalism
Have strong senior stakeholder experience in a large corporate environment - and able to collaborate with internal stakeholders confidently and effectively

You’ll help the Marketing team at CoverMyMeds solve problems using your understanding of innovative, immersive creativity and design experiences with expertise.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\n\n\n* Design, build and code engaging web experiences that align to marketing objectives\n\n* Architect front-end solutions using the latest front-end technologies\n\n* Provide technical guidance through design, implementation, launch, and maintenance of the website\n\n* Bridge the gap between the art of design and the art of programming\n\n* Transform static wireframes into interactive prototypes\n\n* Accurately scope budget, timelines, and other estimates for development tasks\n\n* Effectively communicate project status and challenges with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the business\n\n* Assist in QA and testing process\n\n* Make technical SEO enhancements and communicate the impact\n\n* Stay up to date on the current trends in design and technology, understand how to use them, and implement on our website.\n\n\n\n\nAbout you:\n\n\n* 5+ years of professional work experience as a Front End Developer or Web Designer\n\n* Portfolio – being able to share your involvement and collaboration in each project\n\n* Deep understanding of JavaScript and interest in libraries and frameworks such as Vue, React, Nuxt, and jQuery (with at least 3+ years of experience using one of these)\n\n* Expert HTML5 & CSS (Sass, LESS, or similar) skills\n\n* Experience building brand experiences or marketing websites\n\n* Fluency and awareness of responsive web design\n\n* A flexible mindset, understanding that projects will fall on a spectrum between Waterfall and Agile\n\n* Familiarity with automated build and testing tools\n\n* Experience with Middleman & headless CMS (Contentful) is a plus\n\n* Know how to get what you need from design files - and how to ask for what you need\n\n* Interest in SEO & other marketing disciplines, a plus\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
