As the owner for the architecture and technical delivery of a multi-million dollar revenue per year enterprise software product, you will effectively work as the CTO of the engagement with a startup mindset, wearing multiple hats from lead architect and developer on the most complex elements of the product to technical team leader to solution evangelist ensuring that the customers are blown away by the technical differentiation and quality of the product. \nYou will own a key piece of a cloud based java stack. Youll have end-to-end responsibility for the delivery and quality of this component, including its development, testing quality, deployment and production reliability. This is a role where you have access to the big picture and truly sharpen the broad set of skills required to own a software component in todays cloud based world. You should only apply for this role if you truly want to build and own great technology. \nKey Responsibilities: \n * \nDeveloping expertise in one or more of our proprietary enterprise software products. \n * \nLeveraging your broad technology capability set and maintain a level of excitement in using various technologies to architect, develop, and iteratively deploy real enterprise class software \n * \nAchieving an expert level understanding of our customers environments and their use of our products. \n * \nArchitecting and leading weekly technical delivery of one or more products in a way that maintains an unyielding focus on quality while matching the needs of the target customer base. \n * \nCreating solutions architecture, algorithms, and designs for solutions that scale to the customer's enterprise/global requirements \n * \nLeading a small team of Software Engineers to apply software engineering practices and implement automations across all elements of solution delivery \n * \nManage accountability of team members, with pinpoint focus on quality; Personally accountable for resolution of the most technically challenging issues \n * \nEnsuring our customers are supremely confident in the advantages and quality of our product and solution, and the technical services you lead to deliver them. \n * \nDevelopment - write JDK 1.8 code (writing new code and creating test cases) \n * \nAutomation - add code to continuous delivery system and maintain a continuous level of deployment and test automation \n * \nSupport - Every developer rotates into a support role for 1 week every two months \n * \nMethodology - Youll be expected to use jira to track active work, close tickets and create new tickets as necessary \n \n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
