You are required to possess a valid passport and Canadian driver's license. \n\nWhat youโll be responsible for: \n\n\n* Acting as the implementationโs technical main point of contact for our customers. \n\n* Delivering remote and onsite implementation & technical support services to customers who purchased a field package.\n\n* Providing best-practice guides for network set-up and validate any existing network infrastructure to ensure a successful POS installation. \n\n* Working closely and coordinating with our installation partners to assist with hardware installations, both remotely and on site.\n\n* Assisting with implementing integrations (Property Management Systems, etc.). \n\n* Coordinate with our Partnerships and Integrations teams for custom requests.\n\n* Developing a deep understanding of the typical business challenges Lightspeedโs premium customers may face and take the initiative to liaise with our companyโs Product and Development teams to help improve the customer experience. \n\n* Using consistent troubleshooting techniques to quickly and efficiently identify the source of customer issues and provide a prompt and appropriate solution.\n\n* Documenting and tracking customer issues and resolutions. \n\n* Participating in the creation and maintenance of troubleshooting, testing procedures and documentation for the technical support staff as well as documenting software defects for review and corrective action. \n\n* Working closely with other Field Implementation Specialists, Consultants, Support Specialists as well as the Manager and Team Lead to best handle day-to-day situations to better customer experiences.\n\n* Providing in-person implementation & support to our premium customers across all of NOAM.\n\n\n\n\nWhat youโll be bringing to the team: \n\n\n* Tech-savviness and a genuine interest in technology advancements, especially as it pertains to hardware and software.\n\n* Intermediate knowledge of network infrastructures in a business environment.\n\n* 3+ years of customer service experience in a technical support role.\n\n* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French language \n\n* Polished presentation with impeccable people skills: ability to work with C-Level executives in person. \n\n* Ability to handle multiple implementation projects at various phases in their customer journey. \n\n* Ability to convey a customer-focused attitude.\n\n* Proven troubleshooting skills.\n\n* Ability to manage technical escalations of at-risk accounts and identify opportunities for growth.\n\n* Flexibility in your schedule to work: travel expected up to 60% of the time. \n\n\n\n\nEven better if you have, but not necessary: \n\n\n* Hospitality industry experience (hotels and/or restaurants).\n\n* Technical background and experience in POS, SaaS, networking and/or software.\n\n* Understands the sales cycle and customer journey in a SaaS environment.\n\n\n\n\nWho you are: \n\n\n* Ability to thrive in a fast-moving team with high standards and firm deadlines. \n\n* Self-starter who also works well in a team environment.\n\n* Excellent judgment and an ability to de-escalate situations quickly and efficiently.\n\n* Resourceful with a demonstrated ability to anticipate change and proactively. adjust priorities and strategies accordingly.\n\n* Comfortable simultaneously managing multiple customers who are at different points on the customer journey.\n\n* Ability to cultivate strong relationships with enterprise and VIP customers.\n\n* Entrepreneurial spirit with a keen sense of initiative and a desire for professional development.\n\n\n\n\nWe know that people are more than whatโs on their CV.
