\nWe are seeking a talented team member skilled in front-end Web development and system/application architecture to contribute to brand new initiatives bringing cutting edge real-time Audio / Video technologies to the browser.\n\nThis position affords the opportunity to work within a group that aggressively adopts new technology and is constantly pushing the boundaries of client-side Web development. This is a leadership role that has great growth potential in helping to establish a new team and introduce a very strategic product.\\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Work closely with product managers to understand technical and functional requirements and transform them into Web-based applications.\n\n* Collaborate with the back-end platform team to develop and recommend architectural best practices, API’s, and Web services.\n\n* Evaluate and recommend front-end Web frameworks, SDKs, libraries, and tools, and determine how best to translate them into our web properties.\n\n* Lead and mentor the front-end dev team to build scalable, dynamic, and complex apps.\n\n* Build elegant client-side applications with a strong focus on clarity, maintainability, cross-browser compatibility and performance.\n\n* Create user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and JavaScript that provide an exceptional responsive design user experience.\n\n* Execute projects and interact with Product, Project, and other team members in an Agile Scrum-based development workflow.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
