About The Opportunity
The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). The Principal Service Consultant works closely with the Project Manager to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. You will brainstorm podcast topics with Steph, plan the content calendar and use your marketing magic to get each episode in front of as many of the right people as possible.
Launching a new membership program: This one is still under wraps (shh!) but we're planning to open doors in early 2023. In your first few months with us, you will work closely with Steph to develop the launch strategy and execute the launch marketing campaign, including creating organic social content, and executing paid social and SEM campaigns.
Increasing sales of our self-paced courses: We have two courses that can be purchased and completed at any time, but we haven't had much time to market them. You will generate fresh ideas for marketing these products, measure and track the analytics, and spot opportunities to optimise every step of the sales funnel.
Executing launch campaigns for our cohort-based course: We have a 12-week course that we launch and run twice a year. You will be working year-round to grow our email list and social media audiences with the right people for this course. Twice per year, you will work closely with Steph on the launch strategy and campaign execution.
Building brand visibility: We operate in a crowded market. Social media is noisy. Paid traffic is becoming more and more expensive. Having a human as the face of our brand gives us an advantage, and part of your role is to help grow the visibility of the Steph Taylor brand. You will identify and pitch media opportunities, and spot potential partnerships and growth opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you must:
Have 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience, in roles where you've had exposure to both strategy and execution.

About The Role:
At a department level, you’ll collaborate with other designers, product managers, technical leads, and Zoomo’s leadership team to help define the future of Zoomo’s software products. The Technical Support Specialist - DACH (AKA Customer Support Engineer (CSE)) is responsible for responding to customer issues across our Wdesk and Wdata platforms.

Our Pharmacometricians are responsible for providing expertise into clinical development plans, including the design, conduct, and interpretation of relevant clinical pharmacology and PK/PD studies. Qualified candidates will have the ability to work on a variety of therapeutic indications and data types with an adequate understanding of applied population PK and PK/PD modeling and simulation to support drug development programs.
Responsibilities
Deepen their strategic drug development expertise and their experience informing drug development decisions.
Perfect their pharmacometric techniques with fit-for-purpose modeling approaches such as population PK and PK/PD modeling, target-mediated drug disposition TMDD) models, dose- and exposure-response analyses.
Broaden their drug development expertise by working with a myriad of companies, molecular modalities, and therapeutic areas.
Develop their consulting career path by recognizing and seeking opportunities that match their ambition and personal interests.
Support projects for Certara’s clients by working in teams with other Associates, senior expert modelers, and drug development consultants.
Hands on pharmacometric modeling on client projects as a billable consultant.
Continuing education on advanced modeling and simulation approaches, with an emphasis on methods appropriate for small molecules and/or complex biologics, (bispecific biologics, chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapies, and immuno-oncology therapies).
Conduct quality control activities on model codes and reports.
Support projects for Certara’s clients by working in teams with other Associates, senior expert modelers, and drug development consultants.

Qualifications
MSc, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of industry/consulting experience (may be combined with academic research) working in R&D, pre-clinical and clinical environments.
Solid experience in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, or a related discipline in a project team setting is preferred, whether in academia or industry.
Expertise in PK/PD modeling with strong quantitative skills applied to develop models with nonlinear behavior, mechanistic or semi-mechanistic components relating to mechanism of action and tailored to meet specific drug-development questions.
Proficiency in software used for modeling analyses (e.g. Phoenix NLME, NONMEM, Adapt, Monolix) and performs dataset construction (e.g. R, SAS).
Independent performance of analysis and modeling and development of reports with limited supervision.
Proficient in spoken and written English. Certara is a global company, and additional languages are of benefit.

About The Position
You will be responsible for increasing product quality of the complex platform by identifying areas as well as different methods to expand test coverage and improve the overall software quality of platform for the multiple stakeholders and users.
You will be involved in varying and interesting work, including evaluating and championing quality throughout the product development cycle by unifying team test methods, asking the obvious and not-so-obvious questions and challenging assumptions. You will collaborate with our Product, Development and Infrastructure team to ensure they release the highest quality product possible.
Skills & Experience
Experience maintaining and extending both API and UI automation framework across multiple projects.
Developing and executing automated test scripts in an Agile environment.
Actively participate in code review and maintaining test automation repository.
Design, build, edit and update automated test scripts with minimal supervision.
Perform testing (both manual and automated).
Overseeing or doing manual test execution in instances where tests can’t be automated.
Analysing business requirement and increase the overall testing coverage.
Partner closely with dev team to ensure user stories are tested and ready to be released.
