Sr. Product Manager - Facility Management Software\n\nLocation: Remote\n\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager with a B2B SaaS background to set an outcome-oriented product strategy and deliver value to our customers. As the Senior Product Manager on the Storage Product team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the strategic vision for our Sitelink product.\nYou will lead cross-functional teams who partner with design, marketing, engineering, sales, and the senior executive leadership team, collaborate with stakeholders, and be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. You and the team will solve customer problems, achieve a set of specific and collectively understood business objectives, and guide the overall direction of your product. Your success will be measured by how well you communicate vision, set expectations, and build compelling cases for your strategy.\n\nWhat you will do every day:\n\n\n* Product Strategy:\n\n\n* Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives and market demands.\n\n* Identify opportunities to address customer problems and drive incremental business value from MVP through to MLP.\n\n* Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.\n\n* Articulate the value of prioritized features and how they fit into a larger overall strategy.\n\n* Evaluate financial impact of proposed features, and create compelling business cases to drive alignment.\n\n\n\n\n\n* Roadmap Planning:\n\n\n* Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.\n\n* Prioritize features and releases based on a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.\n\n* Clearly articulate the problems that need to be solved for your customers as well as Storable, and quantify the value to be created once those problems are solved.\n\n* Define, measure, and communicate OKRs associated with roadmap deliverables.\n\n\n\n\n\n* Product Development:\n\n\n* Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release.\n\n* Make data-driven decisions and continuously iterate on products to optimize performance and user satisfaction.\n\n* Collaborate directly with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality products, while balancing internal and external stakeholder feedback and expectations.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat you need to bring to the table:\n\n\n* Proven experience (8+ years) as a Product Manager in an enterprise B2B SaaS application, property management experience preferred.\n\n* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. The team currently includes a Director of Engineering, a Senior Data Engineer, a Data Engineer, and a Support Engineer. They own our sync infrastructure and dbt project, in addition to responding to member requests via Freshdesk.\n\n* Data & Technology Strategy: The D&T Team is TMCโ€™s largest team, currently at close to 20 staff, including a Director, managers, Project Leads, Strategists, and Data Associates. The team partners with our members, leveraging TMCโ€™s resources to enhance and optimize their organizing work. Their work includes, but is not limited to, building pipelines to move data from the warehouse into organizing tools and building novel reporting systems, \n\n* Special Projects: The Special Projects Team is tasked with cross-departmental work that leverages technology, such as low and no-code apps, to find solutions to hairy and novel problems. Overview:


  • We're looking for someone who is smart, organized, and trustworthy to work as an executive virtual assistant for two executives. Bluntly, we're looking for a perfectionist who is extraordinarily detail-oriented.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This is not an entry-level assistant position. You MUST have at least 2+ years of experience as a Remote Executive Assistant for an executive or a business owner.
  • This is a fast-paced, extremely detail-oriented, and high-pressure role. Expect to get 100+ emails/day from us, many of which include tasks that must be done that day. You'll handle the executive team's business and personal details, including travel, scheduling, and coordination with my team.
  • We are extremely demanding and we're looking for someone with extreme attention to detail who enjoys negotiating deals, finding the best travel arrangements, and is fun to work with. If you're looking for a slower role, this is NOT the role for you.
  • But if you have extensive experience managing an executive or business ownerโ€™s calendar, travel, and personal affairs, this position will be very challenging and extremely rewarding.
  • This is a full-time role. It's also remote, so you can work anywhere in the United States. We communicate via email, chat, and phone.


What do you need to succeed:


  • At least 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant for a C-level executive or business owner
  • Ability to handle 200+ emails/day, including rapid tasks and long-term projects
  • Exceptional ability to communicate progress on multiple projects
  • Must be highly organized and efficient
  • Trustworthy with strong personal integrity
  • Forward-thinker who can proactively handle circumstances and situations to head off any crisis situations
  • Experience managing an executive calendar
  • Killer ability to multi-task
  • Must be flexible with schedule
  • Top-notch communication via email and phone, external and internal
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks
  • Perfectionist, super attention to detail
  • Since this is a virtual position, must be a self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Must be comfortable developing and working in a virtual relationship, and having a limited amount of face-time


Knowledge and skills required:


  • Ability to manage multiple incoming requests, while ensuring they are relayed or handled at the appropriate time, in the necessary order and in the correct manner
  • High level of experience with Google Apps
  • Knowledge of ClickUp
  • Ability to quickly learn new software application
  • Capability to set up new systems and processes in order to streamline business and personal functions
