\nAbout the Role:\n\nUnite Us is hiring a Principal Reporting Analyst, Business Analytics with a knack for analyzing data, building trusted relationships with team members, managing projects, and driving action through data. The Principal Reporting Analyst role is an individual contributor role and builds on the skill set of a Senior Reporting Analyst. The Principal Reporting Analyst will be responsible for building data and analytic-driven solutions to support Unite Us customers, including healthcare payers and providers, government entities, and more. You will apply analytical rigor, critical thinking, and creativity to solve complex issues while working with multidisciplinary teams and customers. The Principal Reporting Analyst will be a subject matter expert in the Unite Us data model, BI tools, and analytics capabilities; and will be a standout peer leader, both on their own team and cross functionally.
