Incumbents in this position must have significant technical skills and the ability to apply those skills towards real, workable solutions in nCino for a dynamic business environment. Under the general direction of the IT leadership team and enterprise architect, this position is responsible to advises junior staff members in the group and is expected to plan and organize the group's workload, priorities and project deliverables. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn this role you'll have the opportunity to:\n* Maintain, install, tune, upgrade, and troubleshoot technical components and sub systems relevant to supported business applications. Develop code, scripts, systems, tools, or other solutions to reduce operational burden by automating complex and repetitive tasks.\n* Develop monitoring and maintenance strategies to ensure availability and performance standard are being met. Monitor and continually review existing applications systems to ensure they are designed to comply with established standards and to empower business operations. Enhance existing tools, develop scalable tools that reduce manual intervention, enhance prevention, detection, and mitigation of service impacts.\n* Perform evaluation of new application systems and partner with leaders across the organization to research and recommend solutions which balance business needs and risk mitigation. Assess architecture and current hardware limitations, define and design system specifications, and evaluate input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.\n* Lead the planning for and supporting disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives. Collaborate across engineering to drive operational health improvements, root cause analysis, post-incident discussions, and their associated remediation's that serve to improve reliability and scale operations.\n* Develop and manage relations with external partners and application vendors including installation and repair of services. Maintain service contracts and licensing; effectively negotiate with outside parties; escalate issues as needed.\n* Analyze and determine systems integration needs and requirements. Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. Defines system support requirements to include monitoring, capacity, staffing and patching/updating. Develop and maintain appropriate applications documentation, including current design and operation.\n* Drive continuous improvement of system automation and system integration of business processes. Remain current on new technologies, methods, and procedure. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage technology tools and techniques to support and improve application resiliency, business processes and operation functions.\n* Identify risks to system integrity (security threats, DR incidents, data corruption), develop policies, determine appropriate precautions, create measurable standards, document procedures, implement changes, and perform ongoing maintenance to ensure business continuity during unplanned events.\n\n\n\nPosition Requirements\n* Bachelor's Degree: IT, Computer Science, or other related field required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) \n* Administrator certifications related to Salesforce highly preferred\n* 8 or more years of IT experience in the banking, finance, or insurance industry. Substantial exposure in application systems administration with a focus on enterprise-level software application platform required \n* Experience implementing new nCino products onto the Salesforce platform required\n* Must reside in one of the following states: WA, CA, OR, ID, MT, NV, CO, UT, or AZ\n\n\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\n* Proven experience with complex system planning, configuration, and implementation. Knowledge of Core banking processing technologies, enterprise applications integration, and business process automation tools and best practices. \n* Demonstrate strong technical expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications in a complex IT environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting performance issues and root causes. Knowledge of programming languages and web-based technologies. \n* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of compute environments, such as server hardware, storage, and virtualization. Skill in scripting language technology, such as PowerShell, Python or T-SQL. Good understanding in data mapping, system conversions, and system integration. Experience with Cloud technologies, such as Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, and or Amazon Web Services. \n* Ability to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers. Able to convey appropriate level of detail effectively to all levels of the organization including non-technical staff and leadership. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate to solve technical problems across teams. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and discretion. \n* Possess a high degree of initiative and motivation. Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM governance concepts. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ability to author policies, document risks, and propose solutions to IT management and senior leadership. \n* Knowledge of commonly used financial industry concepts, practices and guidelines. About The Opportunity
The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). The Principal Service Consultant works closely with the Project Manager to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. Project responsibilities include; facilitation of customer requirements gathering, design of the Ceridian solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance and design/configuration oversight to other project resources, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager.

You will brainstorm podcast topics with Steph, plan the content calendar and use your marketing magic to get each episode in front of as many of the right people as possible.
Launching a new membership program: This one is still under wraps (shh!) but we're planning to open doors in early 2023. In your first few months with us, you will work closely with Steph to develop the launch strategy and execute the launch marketing campaign, including creating organic social content, and executing paid social and SEM campaigns.
Increasing sales of our self-paced courses: We have two courses that can be purchased and completed at any time, but we haven't had much time to market them. You will generate fresh ideas for marketing these products, measure and track the analytics, and spot opportunities to optimise every step of the sales funnel.
Executing launch campaigns for our cohort-based course: We have a 12-week course that we launch and run twice a year. You will be working year-round to grow our email list and social media audiences with the right people for this course. Twice per year, you will work closely with Steph on the launch strategy and campaign execution.
Building brand visibility: We operate in a crowded market. Social media is noisy. Paid traffic is becoming more and more expensive. Having a human as the face of our brand gives us an advantage, and part of your role is to help grow the visibility of the Steph Taylor brand. What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Zoomo’s software team, with a focus on making our internal and customer-facing software applications easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable to use. As a Senior Product Designer on the Zoomo software team, you'll work with a cross-functional group of designers, engineers, and product managers to define, build, and continuously improve the software applications that both Zoomo internal team members and our customers use every day to operate our industry-leading commercial light electric vehicle fleet.
Your mission will be to deliver high-quality end-to-end experiences our customers love. You'll improve the core experiences across our software products, including designing for applications across desktop/web, iOS, and Android platforms. You'll focus on how we can increase our customer's satisfaction, improve the efficiency of mission-critical workflows, and deliver high impact software features for Zoomo and our customers.
About The Role:
At a department level, you’ll collaborate with other designers, product managers, technical leads, and Zoomo’s leadership team to help define the future of Zoomo’s software products. You'll have a large amount of ownership and autonomy across the entire design process; rather than just designing individual features, you'll determine the experience of an exciting and critical area of our business.
At a squad level, you’ll take full ownership of software product design in both the discovery and delivery stages. You’ll collaborate with product management from the very early stages to find the right problem to tackle, explore ideas for how to solve it, and then refine it into a coherent solution.
Lead design research activities to uncover customer experience insights and collaborate with engineering and product management teams. Along the way, you’ll validate assumptions through sketching and prototyping and use your deep understanding of users and customers to design and ship great software products.
Participate in design reviews across squads to help define and evolve Zoomo’s software design system and patterns to meet the needs of our growing ecosystem of software applications.
Engage with other designers to help define high standards and consistent processes for product design deliverables and cross-functional collaboration, and actively participate in knowledge sharing across software and hardware design teams to promote best practices and consistency across our diverse product lines.
Mentor junior designers in their career progression.
Requirements
5+ years of professional UX/software product design experience, having designed complex or enterprise-level software
Demonstrated track record of driving a user-centered design process to tackle complex customer problems in a startup environment.
Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills: you can demonstrate the ability to work across multiple teams, solicit and synthesize feedback, facilitate design discussions, and bring stakeholders with you on the design journey.
Be open to the iterative design process – always sketching, showing work in progress, validating with customers and data, iterating, shipping, learning, and growing
5+ years of experience conducting and applying customer research, including design thinking, prototyping, and conceptual modelling
The ability to see the whole user experience, not only the part you're working on, and have as much skill in identifying what needs to be removed, as you do in suggesting what can be added
Dedicated to clearly defining projects and measures of success, testing your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback
Excited to work with stakeholders across a truly global business (including willingness to participate in calls across multiple timezones, and occasional international travel for in-person user research in the UK/EU and United States).
You know how to prioritize ruthlessly and handle responsibilities for a wide number of projects – focusing your attention on the areas that matter most and taking ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
You like to move quickly, and aren’t afraid of fast growth and rapid change.
