**The Role:**\n\nAs part of Toggl Track's leadership team, you'll be leading a team of backend and frontend engineers. Taking ownership of one or more domains of our product, you'll be working closely with product managers and UX designers to deliver real value to our customers with both new and improved features.\n\nWe are looking for great engineers with leadership experience who are ready to hone their skills and apply them to new challenges. We need someone who can keep our company goals in mind and understands how to contribute to them with their own team, while also having an eye for detail and leading a team of ambitious engineers through projects from start to finish.\n\nYou will have great product managers, designers and other specialists at your disposal to help you prioritise and make decisions based on data and user research.
