Serve as coach for affiliate health systems as an extension of the Quality and Clinical Operations department at the Health Support Center (HSC) to validate the implementation, development and hardwiring of LifePoint's Foundational Principles including standard communication and safety behaviors.
Work closely with facilities, on their National Quality Workplan to ensure progress toward goals to achieve National Quality Designation and national quality exemplar performance metrics and reputation.
Participate in ongoing evaluation and improvement of the tactics, tools and leading practices that support the advancement of the LifePoint National Quality Program evaluating current state and vet potential tools and tactics that contribute to effective communication in building strong cultures for unit and facility wide levels.
Work collaboratively with HSC Quality Clinical Operation partners to solve quality and patient safety issues at affiliate health system level and build relationships that foster collaboration across the enterprise.

Role Overview

As an Executive Director of Growth at Janus you will build and execute the overall sales approach to our Health System customers to drive revenue for our business. Experience selling to C-Suite executive and revenue cycle VP/CRO/Director levels.
Entrepreneurial, Data-driven, Problem Solver. Excellent prioritization, logical deduction and organizational skills.
Work collaboratively with Growth, Marketing, Product and Customer teams.

\nSurgent is expanding its technology team with the addition of TWO Senior .Net Developers that will be responsible for working on development of our next generation learning platform for our CPA Review division. Surgent is a fast growing company in the CPA CPE education market. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated team members who can help us create and continue to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. Industry knowledge of CPA Review or CPE is NOT required.\n\nThese Senior .NET Developers will be part of the team responsible for designing, developing and troubleshooting high performance and high availability web applications using C#, SQL Server, EF, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery technologies to meet the company's strategic objectives. They will be responsible for adhering to Surgent's .NET and JavaScript development frameworks and best practices. In addition, a critical part of the Senior .NET developers' role will be supporting and contributing to Surgent's Agile development process.\n\nThis role is a contract-to-hire position with the initial contract being 9 months.
