\nBiobot, a leader in wastewater-based epidemiology, is seeking a new team member for the Data Science Team. As a Quantitative Epidemiologist, you will identify and tackle the most important analytical problems and questions arising from wastewater data, with an emphasis on how we transform this novel stream of information into actionable insights that can be used to improve human health. Ideal candidates will have experience using advanced analytical methodologies to develop epidemiological models, implementing these models reliably in a production environment, and deploying them using one or more modern cloud compute frameworks.\n\n\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities (What you will be doing): \n* Work with our Product team and customers to identify the most important analytical problems in substance use and infectious disease wastewater based epidemiology.\n* Propose and scope multiple candidate approaches to solve these problems including the application of both existing epidemiology methods and novel alternatives.\n* Rank these candidates and choose an approach considering not only the primary question to be answered, but also model complexity, interpretation, and scalability.\n* Rapidly prototype and share your work with the broader Data Science group and Product organization soliciting feedback and building team-wide conviction about results and their implications. Job Description
The Study Director reports to the VP of Lithium Development Projects and is responsible for planning, tracking, reporting, monitoring, and task assigning and self-performance of project activities assuring that the overall project study requirements are met in accordance with the Albemarle project study framework.

A key component of this position will consist of providing technical and functional support to customers over the phone, chat or case management. A CSE provides product information and resolves most administrative and product problems which our customers face.
They are responsible for owning the customer experience and improving our ability as a business to support their dynamic needs.
What You'll Do
Customer Support: Support customers by providing technical and functional expertise over the phone, chat and case management.
Manages customer inquiries within the expected time frame and acts as the escalation point within Tier1 support, only escalating above themselves when required
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
Troubleshoots customer issues by utilizing knowledge of application, experience and by self-guided research of issues
Capable of resolving complex customer issues with minimal assistance from escalated assistance
Provides a high quality customer experience to produce or maintain raving fans
Contributes to improving the customer experience - offering ideas and being part of the improvement process to benefit the customer
Work with Customer Success, Professional Services, and all tiers of support to solve problems or identify opportunities - act as the POC for support
Train and mentor other engineers on the team - create accountability and professionalism within the team
Edit or write new documentation or customer facing content to represent the support experience

Responsibilities
Support projects for Certara’s clients by working in teams with other Associates, senior expert modelers, and drug development consultants.
Hands on pharmacometric modeling on client projects as a billable consultant.
Conduct quality control activities on model codes and reports.
May lead/coordinate company initiatives (e.g. IT, methodology, efficiency, automation, quality).
May act as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with a senior consultant to grow business to match their interests.
Qualifications
PhD, MD, PharmD in Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Medicine, or related field.
1 to 5 years of industry/consulting experience (may be combined with academic research) working in R&D, pre-clinical and clinical environments.
Solid experience in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, or a related discipline in a project team setting is preferred, whether in academia or industry.
Expertise in PK/PD modelling with strong quantitative skills applied to develop models with nonlinear behavior, mechanistic or semi-mechanistic components relating to mechanism of action and tailored to meet specific drug-development questions.

As PK-PD data programmer you manage and prepare data for state-of-the-art analysis, such as PopPK or drug exposure-response (PKPD), typically based on CDISC ADaM / SDTM datasets.
