You can help us fulfil our vision 🙌\n\nLet’s talk about Software Engineering 🌟\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Developer Experience Engineer 🤖to work in our new developer experience department in the deployment team. \nWe want to improve the way our company puts services in production. Your team will provide a platform for the rest of the Stuart teams in our Kubernetes infrastructure with the appropriate support: continuous deployment, continuous integration, build pipelines, service mesh, tracing of requests…\nYour team will be in charge of implementing solutions that improve metrics such as: lead time for changes, deployment frequency, time to restore service and change failure rate.\n\nYou will decide how our services will be configured and, following the “automate all the things” mantra, we expect you to automate these decisions so that they are easy to follow by the rest of the engineering team.\n\nIf we had to play the buzzword bingo we’d say:\n - Microsevices: Ochestration, build pipelines, test pipelines\n - Docker and Kubernetes\n - Git and GitHub and its APIs\n - Solid knowledge of CI/CD technology, e.g. : Argo CD, JenkinsX / Jenkins\n - Solid knowledge of a programming language. It would be great if it was Go or Rust. \n - Our main programming languages in Stuart now are Ruby, Scala and Python but you should have the willingness to apply whatever language is the best tool. Indeed you will be in close relationships with many different stacks.
