About The Opportunity


The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). The Principal Service Consultant works closely with the Project Manager to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. Project responsibilities include; facilitation of customer requirements gathering, design of the Ceridian solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance and design/configuration oversight to other project resources, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager.


What Youโ€™ll Get To Do


Provide Implementation Services to customers:


  • Support the project team in the validation of customer's business requirements and mapping to Ceridian functionality
  • Design and document innovative solutions to solve customersโ€™ business needs
  • Guide the configuration of the Ceridian application to meet customerโ€™s business requirements
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) on strategic implementations
  • Lead internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables


Contribute to Internal Implementation Initiatives:


  • Design and document solutions and contribute to a solutions repository
  • Document best practices and share with the Practice
  • Lead the subject matter expert (SME) program in at least one area of expertise (Payroll, Benefits, WFM)
  • Regularly participate in internal process improvement initiatives
  • Focus on Continuing Education:
  • Contribute to internal knowledge share; review questions and provide feedback on a continuous basis
  • Participate in Continuing Education sessions, lead Implementation best practice sessions
  • Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release
  • Mentor consultants on best practice implementation of new product features and functionality, including new customer end to end implementations
  • Support the sales cycle through solution review and feedback and assistance with scoping and estimation
  • Participate in prospect discussions regarding solution overview and implementation considerations

  • Ability to effectively implement all Ceridian HCM modules
  • Expert knowledge of common human capital management (HCM) business practices
  • Deep understanding of different industries and how Ceridian implement best practices apply to the customerโ€™s business practices
  • Deep Ceridian product knowledge in at least two Ceridian HCM modules (Payroll, WSS, T&A, Leave etc.), as demonstrated through multiple implementations

  • Design funnels with a thorough understanding of LTV and CAC, not just the initial acquisition of new customers/users.
  • Serve as a leader in the company by clearly communicating strategy, performance, and campaign recommendations externally and internally
  • Delegate efficiently and productively to junior team members in order to ensure client deliverables and performance targets are being adhered to

What youโ€™ll need to succeed:


  • 3+ years of paid Facebook advertising experience, building high-converting funnels and driving quantifiable results.
  • 3+ years managing paid social media advertising clients

  • Expertise in conceiving, testing, and optimizing ad copy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Applied Pharmacometrics Training Fellowship โ€“Africa Region


The Applied Pharmacometrics Training Fellowship โ€“ Africa Region is a collaboration between Certara, Pharmacometrics Africa, CP+ Associates, together with several pharma industry and academic partners, to provide an intensive fellowship program for talented and motivated doctoral level scientists from Africa.


The program has 2 components:


  • Virtual Program โ€“ A 3-month virtual program (Q1 2023) that will provide fellows with exposure to leading edge pharmacometric model based analysis. The time commitment will be significant (e.g. a minimum of 20 hours per week over the duration of the Virtual Program.
  • Immersion Program โ€“ Upon completion of the Virtual Program, fellows will have the option to extend the program for another 3 months to an project-based program led by Certara and partners from pharma and academia. The program is designed to foster professional development through immersive training on all competencies required for regulatory quality pharmacometrics analyses and reports. Guided by industry mentors, the fellows will receive class-room training, are assigned individual jointly-agreed upon, precompetitive projects and participate in a leadership development program designed to enhance their decision-making and communication skills.


The Applied Pharmacometrics Training Fellowship โ€“ Africa Region aims to build scientific and leadership capability in Africa by enhancing the skills of local scientists and by facilitating knowledge transfer to their wider scientific communities. The relationships forged between the hosts of this program and the fellows' home institutions will further the endeavour to create next-generation medicines to ease suffering and improve quality of life for patient populations around the world. Successful participants in this program will be considered as candidates to join the consulting team for Certara located on-site in Africa.


Overall Program Benefits

Included in the internship
  • Scientific/clinical research infrastructure and training: All necessary equipment, training and operational needs will be provided by the program hosts and their partners to support investigation of a jointly agreed-upon, pre-competitive (non-proprietary) clinical pharmacology scientific question.
  • For the participants who are selected into the Immersion Program the program sponsors will provide :
    • Travel, accommodation & visas: (1) round-trip economy class airfare, (2) student-style accommodation for the duration of the on-site program, and (3) support for educational visa applications.
    • Stipend and health insurance: health insurance and a monthly stipend to cover incidentals and basic living expenses.
  • Timelines & Location: The 3-month Virtual Program is planned to start in mid-January 2023. The start of the 3-month Immersion Program is planned for 2Q2023.

Qualifications


Eligibility to this program is based on the following criteria:


  • You have a PhD or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. pharmaceutical, medical or biological sciences, applied mathematics or statistics)
  • You have recently completed your PhD or equivalent studies (i.e. early to mid-career)
  • You should already have done at least 1 clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics data analysis project using descriptive or a model-based methods
  • You have evidence of completing relevant courses on model-based analysis methods e.g. Pharmacometrics Africa courses or equivalent
  • You are a proficient English speaker and based in an African country
  • You have demonstrated strong team player skills

  • Act as Business Partner to Discovery Project CEOs by supporting them through fast but efficient executions in process, systems, and analysis
  • Run the show on military time by scheduling & coordinating meetings, note-taking and doing follow-up/follow-through
  • As needed, collaborate with the Revenue Operations and Business Systems teams to implement changes that scale with our core operations
  • Support the scoping, planning, and launch of new initiatives as they arise
  • Provide monthly and quarterly review on Discovery progress against goals, informing the executive team where to invest more or less


About You


  • 5+ years of Product Management or Operations experience at a pre-IPO or hyper-growth SaaS company
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliverables
  • SQL/Tableau experience
  • Comfortable embracing ambiguity and working independently; excels at communicating early, regularly, and directly; ultimately gets the job done
  • Ability to translate complex requests into simple takeaways and tasks; not hesitant to ask questions and confidently voice your point of view if the asks need to be further refined or change
  • Strong proficiency in business applications or/and willingness to learn new tools
  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment

  • This is a call center environment where you will be expected to work 100% telephonically on the computer for 8 hours per day with 2 designated 15 min breaks, a 30 min lunch, and a 15 min team meeting (Huddle). Huddles may be used for engaging with your team, reviewing updates, or completing training.
  • Throughout the day coaches will complete scheduled outbound coaching calls, take inbound calls from members, and attempt various cold calls related to informing members about the program and encouraging enrollment along with reaching out after a missed appointment to reschedule or complete a call at that time. Currently, our caseload is a โ€œteamโ€ style where members will relate to whichever coach is available.
  • Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to employees of companies who have enrolled/partnered with the company for Health Coaching (50% inbound/50% outbound)
  • Encouraging employees to maintain healthy habits such as proper diet, tobacco reduction, proper exercise, etc.
  • Work towards: Smoking cessation, managing diabetes, lower blood pressure, losing weight, etc
  • Health coaches help employees reach their health and wellness goals
  • Members get points toward their accounts during this program (for reaching certain milestones/completing tasks) and can redeem these points for prizes that are available from the company they work with.

Job Description

The Study Director reports to the VP of Lithium Development Projects and is responsible for planning, tracking, reporting, monitoring, and task assigning and self-performance of project activities assuring that the overall project study requirements are met in accordance with the Albemarle project study framework.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Formulate a project study deliverables plan
  • Assign required internal and external resources to the study plan
  • Management of project resources through the study cycle, coordination and administration, utilizing the Albemarle standards specific to the phase of the project
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to track progress to plan and provide accurate progress updates to Albemarle Management, in specific earnt value of work completed and forecasted, forecasted future financial outflows for financial year planning
  • Compile regular (monthly, quarterly, yearly) progress reports and portfolio updates as may be required by the Albemarle project management office and finance department
  • Set in place the formulation of the key building blocks of a project study in accordance with the specific study phase criteria contained in the Albemarle APP to support an investment case.
The key items specifically of focus for the study manager to assemble, coordinate or create include:
  • The Opportunity/Problem Statement
  • The alternatives considered to produce an investment case
  • The technical solutions or technologies available in support of the proposed alternatives
  • Business risk assessment of the alternatives and project scope
  • Defining the ultimate project scope
  • Project Approval approach
  • Project execution strategy and plan
  • Project time and cost estimates
  • Project risk assessments for each phase, and outcomes ranging, and
  • Financial modeling and investment case compilation
  • Coordinate the study outputs and document in the format of a study report and recommendations,
  • Manage the process of internal and external reviews of the project study report, project peer reviews and risk reviews
  • Provide project leadership to deliver sustainable outcomes whilst achieving project delivery on โ€œtimeโ€ on โ€œbudgetโ€ on โ€œscopeโ€
  • Ensure conformance with the Albemarle Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations;
  • Candidate will be a high energy, collaborative individual who aspires to find creative ways to solve problems, answer questions, and improve processes.

Until now, Steph has been hands-on in most areas of marketing the brand. But the business has grown and we're searching for a marketing all-rounder to join our canoe and help us paddle a bit faster.


Note: This role is part-time, but we're looking for someone who can grow with us. Depending on your availability and commitments outside of work, this could mean you eventually become full-time or it could mean we help you build a marketing team to support you as your workload increases. Some key areas you'd be working on include:


  • Growing podcast listenership: With more than 1.5 million downloads to date, Socialette podcast is by no means a small show. It's our primary channel for sharing free content thatโ€”to paraphrase one listenerโ€”changes lives. You will brainstorm podcast topics with Steph, plan the content calendar and use your marketing magic to get each episode in front of as many of the right people as possible.
  • Launching a new membership program: This one is still under wraps (shh!) but we're planning to open doors in early 2023. In your first few months with us, you will work closely with Steph to develop the launch strategy and execute the launch marketing campaign, including creating organic social content, and executing paid social and SEM campaigns.
  • Increasing sales of our self-paced courses: We have two courses that can be purchased and completed at any time, but we haven't had much time to market them. You will generate fresh ideas for marketing these products, measure and track the analytics, and spot opportunities to optimise every step of the sales funnel.
  • Executing launch campaigns for our cohort-based course: We have a 12-week course that we launch and run twice a year. You will be working year-round to grow our email list and social media audiences with the right people for this course. Twice per year, you will work closely with Steph on the launch strategy and campaign execution.
  • Building brand visibility: We operate in a crowded market. Social media is noisy. Paid traffic is becoming more and more expensive. Having a human as the face of our brand gives us an advantage, and part of your role is to help grow the visibility of the Steph Taylor brand. You will identify and pitch media opportunities, and spot potential partnerships and growth opportunities.


To succeed in this role, you must:


  • Have 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience, in roles where you've had exposure to both strategy and execution.
  • Be results-driven and passionate about growth. You approach everything with an "I wonder what will happen" mindset, and you're constantly measuring and improving as you go.
  • Have a sound understanding of what works (and what doesn't) in content marketing and email marketing.
  • Be able to write. Well.
  • Know how to create and manage campaigns using Facebook Ads and Google Ads, or be willing to learn.
  • Be willing to undertake training and courses (paid for by us) to continually improve your skills in the fast-moving online marketing space.
  • Thrive in an environment where you're working autonomously with a small, remote team. In other words, you're self-motivated and take ownership of your work.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Zoomoโ€™s software team, with a focus on making our internal and customer-facing software applications easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable to use. As a Senior Product Designer on the Zoomo software team, you'll work with a cross-functional group of designers, engineers, and product managers to define, build, and continuously improve the software applications that both Zoomo internal team members and our customers use every day to operate our industry-leading commercial light electric vehicle fleet.

Your mission will be to deliver high-quality end-to-end experiences our customers love. You'll improve the core experiences across our software products, including designing for applications across desktop/web, iOS, and Android platforms. You'll focus on how we can increase our customer's satisfaction, improve the efficiency of mission-critical workflows, and deliver high impact software features for Zoomo and our customers.

About The Role:
  • At a department level, youโ€™ll collaborate with other designers, product managers, technical leads, and Zoomoโ€™s leadership team to help define the future of Zoomoโ€™s software products. You'll have a large amount of ownership and autonomy across the entire design process; rather than just designing individual features, you'll determine the experience of an exciting and critical area of our business.
  • At a squad level, youโ€™ll take full ownership of software product design in both the discovery and delivery stages. Youโ€™ll collaborate with product management from the very early stages to find the right problem to tackle, explore ideas for how to solve it, and then refine it into a coherent solution.
  • Lead design research activities to uncover customer experience insights and collaborate with engineering and product management teams. Along the way, youโ€™ll validate assumptions through sketching and prototyping and use your deep understanding of users and customers to design and ship great software products.
  • Participate in design reviews across squads to help define and evolve Zoomoโ€™s software design system and patterns to meet the needs of our growing ecosystem of software applications.
  • Engage with other designers to help define high standards and consistent processes for product design deliverables and cross-functional collaboration, and actively participate in knowledge sharing across software and hardware design teams to promote best practices and consistency across our diverse product lines.
  • Mentor junior designers in their career progression.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional UX/software product design experience, having designed complex or enterprise-level software
  • Demonstrated track record of driving a user-centered design process to tackle complex customer problems in a startup environment.
  • Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills: you can demonstrate the ability to work across multiple teams, solicit and synthesize feedback, facilitate design discussions, and bring stakeholders with you on the design journey.
  • Be open to the iterative design process โ€“ always sketching, showing work in progress, validating with customers and data, iterating, shipping, learning, and growing
  • 5+ years of experience conducting and applying customer research, including design thinking, prototyping, and conceptual modelling
  • The ability to see the whole user experience, not only the part you're working on, and have as much skill in identifying what needs to be removed, as you do in suggesting what can be added
  • Dedicated to clearly defining projects and measures of success, testing your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback
  • Excited to work with stakeholders across a truly global business (including willingness to participate in calls across multiple timezones, and occasional international travel for in-person user research in the UK/EU and United States).
  • You know how to prioritize ruthlessly and handle responsibilities for a wide number of projects โ€“ focusing your attention on the areas that matter most and taking ownership of deliverables and outcomes.

The Technical Support Specialist - DACH (AKA Customer Support Engineer (CSE)) is responsible for responding to customer issues across our Wdesk and Wdata platforms.


Support consists of troubleshooting issues with customers, identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding the customer through corrective steps.


A key component of this position will consist of providing technical and functional support to customers over the phone, chat or case management. A CSE provides product information and resolves most administrative and product problems which our customers face.


They are responsible for owning the customer experience and improving our ability as a business to support their dynamic needs.


What You'll Do


  • Customer Support: Support customers by providing technical and functional expertise over the phone, chat and case management.
  • Manages customer inquiries within the expected time frame and acts as the escalation point within Tier1 support, only escalating above themselves when required
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
  • Troubleshoots customer issues by utilizing knowledge of application, experience and by self-guided research of issues
  • Capable of resolving complex customer issues with minimal assistance from escalated assistance
  • Provides a high quality customer experience to produce or maintain raving fans
  • Contributes to improving the customer experience - offering ideas and being part of the improvement process to benefit the customer
  • Work with Customer Success, Professional Services, and all tiers of support to solve problems or identify opportunities - act as the POC for support

What You'll Need


  • Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities

  • Moderate technical aptitude, with high competency in using Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, OneCloud & Workiva products

  • Nice to have, not required: Basic or Intermediate experience with database support or network security support
  • High school diploma required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Varying and overtime hours required during peak seasons
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.

  • Must speak Business Level English and German

Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

Reporting to the V ice P resident of Global Sales Operations , t he Sr. Manager of APAC Sales Operations will define and deliver on key business analytics to assist the international sales leaders and teams in managing their business . The role will be the voice of the international sales teams back to several headquarter functions, including Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain .

What Will You Do?
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting process used within Cradlepoint's International Sales Motions.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales planning efforts. As needed, coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders in the company.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts, looking 2-3 years ahead to ensure international growth objectives are achieved.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the international sales leaders.
  • Recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in developing new reporting tools.
  • Implement enabling technologies.
  • Monitor sales organization's compliance with required standards for CRM data.
  • Work closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the company's technology investments.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Five (5) years of progressive international sales operations experience
  • Strong analytical skills and business knowledge
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
