In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting and facilitating development operations for our Paragon solution. Our team serves as the glue between the development teams, administering all our internal systems that support the development process. This is a unique opportunity to work on a complex and ever-evolving product in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n* Collaborate with development teams on the containerization of Paragon.\n\n* Facilitate builds and releases using pipelines and other various processes.\n\n* Administer our Azure infrastructure including but not limited to VMโs, Azure Kubernetes, SQL Servers, Containers, ACR, etc.\n\n* Develop and implement new enhancements, tools, and features in the DevOps space, such as new tooling, applications, scripts, or processes.\n\n* Help resolve and review incoming defects and bugs to support our quality initiatives.\n\n* Oversee and mentor junior DevOps engineers.\n\n\n\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nEducation \n\nBachelorโs degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field, or equivalent years of experience \n\nWork Experience \n\n\n* 2-4+ yearsโ experience in the DevOps field.\n\n* Understanding of software development lifecycle, processes, and methodologies.\n\n* Hands-on experience with Docker, Containers, Azure Container Registry, Azure Kubernetes and related services, i.e. Prometheus and Grafana in Azure + Azure Application Gateway.\n\n* Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools, ideally with Azure Pipelines.\n\n* Strong scripting skills, with PowerShell preferred.\n\n* Adept with Azure DevOps Pipelines for Builds, Deployments, and Release operations.\n\n* Solid Azure administration skills, including supporting Azure offerings like Windows virtual machines, services, registries, and Active Directory.\n\n* Working knowledge of version control systems like Git/TFVC.\n\n* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration abilities.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Skills \n\n\n* Knowledge of mobile app development, specifically build, deployment, and releasing to app stores.\n\n* Experience/understanding of Linux operating systems.\n\n* Working experience in SQL Server Management, SQL queries, deployment, and basic troubleshooting.\n\n* Acquaintance with Octopus Deploy or Jenkins.\n\n* Azure DevOps/TFS administration.\n\n* Understanding of packaging tools like InstallShield.\n\n* Certifications in Microsoft Azure, particularly in Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Containers, and Docker.\n\n\n\n\nWORK LOCATION & TRAVEL\n\n\n* Remote U.S. or Canadian role. \nTrinity Mobile Networks is seeking a Professional Services/DevOps Engineer to aid our customers in the installation, evaluation, adoption, and upkeep of our product, Jumpnet. A successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. The candidate also must be willing to travel to customer locations. In addition to the customer facing side of the role, the engineer will be involved in packaging and testing the product delivered to our customers. They will assist in the design configuration of software deployment and communication and provide valuable input to system architecture. In addition, the candidate will assist in maintaining the servers and machines running our software, as well as setting up new ones.
