\nYou are a unique full stack developer who is an expert in Javascript, HTML, and CSS. Ideally, you've worked with modern JS libraries like Backbone, Angular, or React. You'd rather write your own JS than just settle for yet another plug-in. You write tests for your Javascript when possible. You're familiar with the Node ecosystem and have heard of tools like Gulp and Webpack. You are really excited about the future of the JavaScript and are not afraid to use new features from ES2015. Implementing beautiful designs can't be done half way, and pixel perfect is something you strive for. You don't mind spending extra time tracking down an edge case CSS or Javascript bug. You know the browser, what it is capable of, and how it has evolved in recent years. You're passionate about what you do and how you do it; anything worth doing is worth doing well. You strive to write clean, modular code no matter which language you're using, and experimenting and trying new things is a normal thing for you. Git is a daily tool, and you use it in all your projects. You are comfortable and productive in at least one MVC open source framework like Ruby on Rails, Django, Grails, or similar technologies. You are not a system architect, but you have the experience to know when a task should be run in the background rather than at request time. You are not a database expert, but know enough about database design to have an opinion. You are not a security expert, but you do think about how to foil that hacker who is trying to inject some code into your forms. The command line doesn't scare you and in fact you may even prefer it over a GUI. We're a remote team, but we all try to work the same hours. You enjoy and take advantage of flexibility, and can self-motivate. Some projects include possible travel, so please take this into consideration when applying. Compensation and Perks:\n\n\n* Market rate salary\n\n* Health, Vision, Dental Insurance\n\n* Whatever computer and displays you want\n\n* Internet Reimbursement\n\n* Annual budget for career development (conferences, online courses, etc)\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
