(Django is a key part of our stack but we use some Java). \n* Strong foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, databases, software design and dev ops.\n* Work experience with relational databases and SQL.\n* Experience with agile development process in collaborative environment.\n* BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics OR 4 years of relevant work experience.\n* Good understanding of performance tradeoffs.\n\n\nBonus Points:\n* We are currently using Magento, an open source e-commerce platform built in Zend PHP - yuck), but we are building a new, badass e-commerce platform (Django, Java, Node.js and integrating it with Netsuite's order management tools (no need to re-invent the entire wheel, after all). Related experience is a plus.\n* MS or PhD\n* if you have an awesome Github repo, open source contributions, or a cool project you can demo, please cut to the front of the line...\n\n\nResponsibilities:\nAs a member of our small but seriously talented engineering team, you will play a key role in both shaping and building our technologies.
