\nPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Applications Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT applications, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and workflow improvements. This role requires expertise in various IT applications, identity and access management, and the ability to support cross-functional teams with technical solutions.\n\n \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n* IT Applications Management: Administer and optimize IT applications including Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, and Zoom.\n\n* Integration and Automation: Implement and maintain integrations, automations, and workflows within IT applications. Experience with Okta SSO and SCIM is essential.\n\n* Onboarding and Offboarding: Automate onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\n\n* Identity and Access Management: Manage identity and access IT Applications, including role-based access control (RBAC).\n\n* MDM Tools Administration: Manage and maintain Intune and JAMF for Application management on devices. Implement and Manage Zero Trust access controls for IT Applications from laptops, phones, and tablets.\n\n* Security and Compliance: Conduct periodic user and admin access reviews and participate in HIPAA and PCI audits. Candidate is responsible for taking out bond and loan calculations from large legal documents, and uploading them into an Access like database. Candidates will be managing large loan portfolios ($300M+ loans, some larger than $1B). The Client sells portions of the loans off to hundreds, if not thousands of investors. Those investors will consistently be buying and selling portions of those loans and our candidate will be managing transactions, balancing daily cash, and reporting on monthly and quarterly cash position for both the loan holders and the investors who are compiling the loan. They will be helping to pull client data from documents to ensure accuracy. Strong Excel skills are a must, basic Access is a plus.


Must have Qualifications:

  • BA or BS in Business, mathematics, computer science, finance, statistics, economics etc.
  • Looking for candidates that recently graduated with their Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, sort, formulas, functions)

  • Support the content and communications strategies related to engaging ForbesCommunities Members

Requirements

  • Project Coordination (40%) โ€“ Responsible for coordinating and managing multiple packaging timelines across multiple groups and customers.
  • Releases files to vendor, archives assets as released to print, and obtains copies of final assets post-production.
  • Archives post-production files per production guidelines.
  • Maintains the departmentโ€™s project tracking database
    • Tracks and reports the intake of requests.
    • Tracks and reports job status.
    • Tracks and reports job approvals
  • Ensures completion of project brief templates prior to design team quality evaluation.
  • Actively and efficiently catalog and manage all files related to packaging, i.e., dyelines, image assets, brand logoโ€™s, fonts, etc.
  • Proof and manage routing or projects to proper departments, vendors and clients as project dictates with an eye on project timing requirements and schedule steps accordingly for efficient timing.
  • Production Artist โ€“ Responsible for revising files with requested revisions (mostly regulatory). Ensuring all files released to printed are print-ready.
  • Actively initiate print vendor relationships to be involved and p to date on various specs required.
  • Responsible to initiate customer relationships to be involved and up to date on various specs and processes required.
  • Act as Brand Steward, ensure proper brand parameters are adhered to for each internal and private label brand.
  • Ensures that all packaging needs/updates/requirements are made on time, and within the timeline specified of the greater overall product development time lime, to ensure on time product launches
  • Occasionally design creative: 3D mockups, sell sheets, trade show signage using existing brand graphic assets. As well as off-site local press checks and photoshoot attendance.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of CPG relevant experience.
  • Regulatory knowledge required โ€“ Nutrition Facts, Ingredients, Claims, etc.

  • Responsible for serving facilities within the Lifepoint Health System in the field of Quality and Patient Safety Operations through observation, validation, and coaching, front line leaders and front-line staff members in affiliate health systems within a specific region of the organization enterprise.
  • Provide field support related to the National Quality Program (NQP) visits to provide evaluation, coaching and support for development and progress within the program.
  • Communicate information about hospital safety culture assessments for our facilities served, to include survey data review, unit level validation support, and correlations to drive improvements in teamwork and safety climate based upon data driven priorities utilizing the standard teamwork and safety culture leading practices and health system plan.
  • Present standard education, model evidence-based behaviors and facilitate simulation exercises to change processes and behaviors of affiliate health system staffs to drive high reliability, sustained quality outcome performance and achieve National Quality Program evidence-based tactics and methods associated with National Quality Program designation and US national quality excellence.
  • Serve as coach for affiliate health systems as an extension of the Quality and Clinical Operations department at the Health Support Center (HSC) to validate the implementation, development and hardwiring of LifePoint's Foundational Principles including standard communication and safety behaviors.
  • Work closely with facilities, on their National Quality Workplan to ensure progress toward goals to achieve National Quality Designation and national quality exemplar performance metrics and reputation.
  • Participate in ongoing evaluation and improvement of the tactics, tools and leading practices that support the advancement of the LifePoint National Quality Program evaluating current state and vet potential tools and tactics that contribute to effective communication in building strong cultures for unit and facility wide levels.
  • Work collaboratively with HSC Quality Clinical Operation partners to solve quality and patient safety issues at affiliate health system level and build relationships that foster collaboration across the enterprise.
  • Prepare and present educational webinars and coaching including guest faculty to highlight and spread LifePoint leading evidence-based practices.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Associate Designer on our Professional Learning Team to play a role in the development of assets aligned to Zearnโ€™s integrated professional learning approach. You will be integral in helping to translate ideas into compelling training presentations as well as digital, print, e-blast, and other assets. \nSCOPE OF ROLEย \n\nAs a Cloud Engineer you will work in a dynamic team and partner with teams across the company to ensure that our Cloud Infrastructure meets the needs of our growing customer base. The Cloud Infrastructure team is responsible for setting cloud architectural standards and ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the production cloud environments. This role is works in a fast-paced environment leveraging cutting-edge technology to reimagine how healthcare is provided.ย ย \n\nROLE RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n* Apply technical knowledge and business insights to solve complex technical problems\n\n* Set Azure architectural standards and best practices for our cloud environments\n\n* Plan, configure, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Azure based solutions\n\n* Work closely with our Data and Engineering teams to design best in class Azure implementations\n\n* Work closely with our Security Team to ensure the environment is secure and adhering to our HIPAA and SOC2 commitments\n\n* Design and implement automation for Azure infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code)\n\n* Establish and maintain documentation for our Azure environment\n\n\n\n\nEDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE\n\n\n* Bachelorโ€™s degree in Technology (preferred), or relevant experience required.\n\n* 10+ years of enterprise scale IT infrastructure design, deployment, and support, including networking, virtualization, servers, containers, storage, backup and DR.\n\n* 6+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and migration.\n\n* 5+ years of experience in designing DevOps pipelines, installations, configurations, automations, and monitoring of various cloud services including: (laaS, PaaS, and SaaS).\n\n* Strong experience with designing, deploying, and supporting Azure IaaS services including networking, storage, compute, AKS, etc., Azure PaaS services including key vault, app services, function apps, logic apps, etc., Azure data services including data factory, Azure SQL DB, Cosmos DB, Databricks, etc.\n\n* Strong experience with designing, configuring, and supporting Azure security and monitoring services including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, Application Insight, Log Analytics, Azure Sentinel, etc.\n\n* Strong experience with designing, configuring and supporting Azure identity management services including Azure AD, Azure AD DS, Conditional Access Policy, Privileged Identity Management, JIT access, etc.\n\n* Experience with Azure cost management, monitoring, and reporting.\n\n* Experience with administering and supporting CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.\n\n* Experience with IaC and configuration management tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, Ansible etc.\n\n* Experience with scripting languages โ€“ PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc., experience in writing scripts to interact with APIs.\n\n* Great Linux and windows server administration skills and knowledge.\n\n* Azure Solution Architect Expert certification (AZ-303/304 or AZ-305) strongly desired.\n\n* Experience in implementing full lifecycle DevOps automation including Configurations management, Build Automation, Release Management, Development automation and Infrastructure management.\n\n* Solid experience with DevOps implementations, migrations, and upgrades within the Microsoft Cloud Azure solution suite.\n\n* Deep understanding of Cloud Azure Kubernetes Service with container-based development skills, Experience with container management tools like Docker, ACS, Kubernetes, AKS, and GKE.\n\n* Experience with DevOps CICD tools and concepts โ€“ Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Chef, Ansible, Azure DevOps and staged integrations etc.\n\n* Understanding of micro-services, containerization, and other app modernization strategies\n\n* Understanding of APIs, SDKs, and other integration methods\n\n* Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with various Azure services.\n\n* Familiar with Network Infrastructure and Security.
