Investigate and resolve complex bugs in unfamiliar code and identify and propose solutions to process inefficiencies. Regularly update repos and application frameworks for supporting tools and proactively investigate testing and tooling issues. Design and deliver page objects and other gems to aid in testing, ensure properly tested releases, and monitor and verify testing results. Maintain code pipelines and write complex SQL queries to validate data changes or troubleshoot issues. Oversee Quality Assurance in the Release When Ready model and ensure Quality Assurance contributes to testing coverage in a timely manner. Research and evaluate new engineering trends and tools. Mentor other SDETs along career paths and handle personnel matters. \nAbout the role\n\nWe’re seeking a talented Design Manager to join the growing Product Design team at Chime. You’ll oversee our expansion into new financial products and enable our members to access money when they need it, build credit, and grow wealth. You’ll manage designers and roadmaps while contributing to critical cross-functional projects. Your focus will be both making finance simple for our members and making the Chime design team amazing for our employees.\n\nAs a Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing a product design team.
