Remote Producer Events
\n\nContract Duration: June - November\n\nCoverage for the Event Director role will support the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of a diverse portfolio of events on a global scale. This role will report to our Sr. Event Producer.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n\n* Manage the current global events calendar targeting developers\n\n* Track department KPIs and conversion metrics\n\n* Lead the Adhoc Event Program\n\n* Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations and Executive teams to:\n\n\n* Build & review event budgets across the entire portfolio of events\n\n* Track department quarterly financial performance\n\n* Review tax implications of event locations\n\n* Negotiate and review vendor contracts\n\n\n\n\n\n* Build executive travel itineraries\n\n* Onboard to the RainFocus platform\n\n* Fully produce assigned 3rd party events and support onsite as necessary\n\n* Support the events production team with planning and onsite execution of our flagship conference Avalanche Summit III\n\n* Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, business development, product, and executive teams, to ensure event alignment with business goals.\n\n* Contribute to detailed post-event analysis reports and conference debriefs\n\n* Ability to travel onsite to support Avalanche Summit III in Buenos Aires, Argentina from October 11-20, 2024 (dates may slightly vary)\n\n\n\n\n\nWHAT YOU WILL BRING\n\n\n* Bachelors degree in marketing, business, hospitality or related field\n\n* 7+ years of event production and strategy experience \n\n* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.\n\n* Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.\n\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.\n\n* Comfortable working with low oversight, being proactive and anticipating future needs\n\n* Experience with Web3, blockchain, and crypto is desired but not required\n\n\n\n\nMonthly Pay Range: $8,850 to $11,050\n\n(**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)\n\n#LI-Remote #LI-RP1\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
