Remote Marketing Intern

\nAbout the Internship\n\nLogicGateโ€™s Internship Program is designed and tailored for college students/recent grads from various disciplines to gain real world work experience in a fast-paced, high growth, open and diverse environment.  This program will give you exposure to leading edge technology, provide valuable work experience, career coaching, and mentorship. From the time an application is submitted, to the end of the summer internship, students will be supported to learn and grow their strengths, abilities, and potential.\n\nProgram Details:\n\n\n* 10 weeks internship starting on June 3rd, 2023 through mid/late August 2024, exact end date would depend upon your school schedule\n\n* Receive hourly pay of $28 / per hour \n\n* Chicago based individuals are welcome to come to the office and have opportunities to connect with your Team and other workgroups\n\n* Gain meaningful work experience in field of study, participate in special projects, social events, and more!\n\n* Assigned to a mentor to guide you throughout your internship and beyond!\n\n\n\n\nProgram Eligibility:\n\n\n* You are enrolled full time in an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior or have recently graduated.\n\n* Are available to work 40 hours per week during the summer\n\n* This position is not eligible for sponsorship \n\n\n\n\nThis is a great opportunity for a rising senior to gain exposure and hands-on experience in a high-growth startup environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to the growth of our organization.\n\nAs a Proposal Operations Associate at Maven, you will: \n\n\n* Project manage incoming employer and payer RFPs to drive pipeline\n\n\n\n* Identify and summarize proposal requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and expectations.\n\n* Schedule meetings with key proposal contributors, create a collaborative environment, and manage project timelines.\n\n* Create project management schedules, meeting agendas, and meeting notes, ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and easily accessible.\n\n* Hold cross-functional team members accountable to timelines\n\n* Communicate quickly and professionally with external stakeholders\n\n* Finalize all documents for production, ensuring proper formatting and order for submission.\n\n\n\n* Support go-to-market management for payer partners: \n\n\n\n* Create documentation to scale launches, onboarding, and ongoing management of payer partners\n\n* Maintain and develop sales content related to each partner and internal guides to support the Maven growth teams \n\n* Work collaboratively with payer stakeholders to support effective communications of Mavenโ€™s value prop and pipeline generation \n\n\n\n\n\n\nWeโ€™re looking for you to bring:  \n\n\n* 2-4 years of professional work experience\n\n* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.\n\n* Project management and time management skills\n\n* Strong attention to detail and personal accountability\n\n* Strong, clear, concise communication skills\n\n* Intermediate understanding of:\n\n\n\n* Enterprise software such as Salesforce, Loopio, etc.\n\n* Business principles and project risk identification\n\n* Data analytics\n\n* General writing and editing skills\n\n* Google Workspace\n\n\n\n* Intermediate research skills with the ability to apply new information effectively.\n\n* Enthusiasm for learning about sales and proposal contexts.\n\n\n\n\nHelpful experiences and skills (if you donโ€™t have them, you can learn them with us!): \n\n\n* Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple simultaneous projects.\n\n* Operational mindset with experience optimizing systems and processes.\n\n* Familiarity with the healthcare industry, digital health, and/or family benefits.\n\n* Experience with Salesforce and proposal portal platforms.\n\n\n\n\nFor candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits.
