\nAbout the Role:\n\nBeing a company that uses technology to create financial inclusion for all, we take IT Audits very seriously. This position focuses on advancing IT and Audit skill sets that you can use wherever your career leads. We are looking for an individual that is eager, engaged, and a team player.\n\nInternship is 100% remote. Working under the supervision of an experienced auditor, you will be involved in a variety of IT audits where you will add value and improve Pathwardโ€™s operations. Being able to collaborate with your team and communicate with your supervisor and team will be important.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\n\n* Assist in performing audit testing as assigned.\n\n* Provide clear, concise, and appropriate documentation of work performed, issues, and observations using oral and written forms of communication.\n\n* May provide data for compilation of reports.\n\n* Assist with research and consulting on audit services.\n\n* Regularly interact and network with the team and with leadership.\n\n* Work on challenging projects that will build core skills.\n\n* Observe key IT practices.\n\n* Attend department meetings and trainings.\n\n* Deliver a presentation to senior managers at the conclusion of the internship.\n\n* Accurately track and report hours worked on assigned projects\n\n* May assist with building Data Analytics and automation capabilities\n\n* Other duties as assigned.\n\n\n\n\nWhat You Will Need:\n\n\n* Interns must be Junior or greater with a GPA of 3.5 or above\n\n* Pursuing a bachelorโ€™s degree in a Technology, Cybersecurity, Audit, or Business field\n\n* Pursuing a graduate degree in data science or equivalent\n\n* Attention to detail\n\n* Record of achievement (academic or otherwise)\n\n* Basic knowledge of technologies utilized in banking (applications, operating systems, databases, cloud technologies) preferred\n\n* Effective written and communication skills\n\n* Proficiency in Excel and Word \n\n* Data Analytics experience\n\n* Experience with SQL, R, Python programming languages\n\n\n\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\n\nSalary range:  $14.61 hourly โ€“ $24.65 hourly\n\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role.
