\nThis position will be the business partner to a cross-section of teams throughout our Asia-Pacific (APAC) team. As we continue to invest and expand in APAC, we are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to be the first HR partner to  join our APAC team and contribute to the growth and success of our tech organization.\n\nThe focus of the HR role is to assess, coach, and influence business leaders. This person will closely partner with their HRBP partner based in other countries, ensuring that those HRBP’s are pulled in early to give their insight directly to the regional leadership  to support and inform their decision making. This position is responsible for providing HR advice to the business, successfully influencing, and supporting strategies to meet business objectives.
