You will also manage, coach, and grow a team of People Coordinators. \n\nThis 100% remote position will report to our Director, People Technology & Operations, while also working closely with the Chief People Officer.\n\n \n\nDaily Adventures and Responsibilities:\n\n\n* Implement and maintain all aspects of our HRIS, including troubleshooting questions, workflows, system configuration, integrations, testing, user training, and reporting/ dashboard enablement\n\n* Serve as the functional and technical People systems and data subject matter expert\n\n* Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual work\n\n* Lead continuous improvement of existing data processes to ensure strong workflow and data management practices\n\n* Maintain and improve HRIS data accuracy and integrity through proactive and real-time audits\n\n* Manage HRIS enhancements and prioritize communication and roll-out of regulatory changes, state and local requirements, and relevant new releases\n\n* Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements\n\n* Manage and monitor HRIS permissions and system security\n\n* Actively participate in the implementation/integration of new People technology solutions supporting business growth and enabling employee success\n\n* Partner closely with People and other functions to drive improvements, deliver on key initiatives, and solve complex problems\n\n* Provide support including, but not limited to: employment changes, leaves of absence, and payroll functions.\n\n* Support special projects and initiatives of the HR department.\n\n* Develops and maintains standard and custom reports to meet the reporting requirements for all levels of the company, and ensures all reports are implemented in a timely manner using high-quality data presented in a logical and understandable format.\n\n* Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within the area of responsibility.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat We'll Look For (Qualifications):\n\n\n* 4-6 years of progressive experience in a People role managing HRIS and managing reporting\n\n* 2+ years of people management\n\n* Experience implementing and managing systems and integrations between systems\n\n* Demonstrated project management and consultative skills to effectively lead and collaborate across functions\n\n* Understanding of HR fundamentals, employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding), and change management\n\n* Strong organizational and communication skills\n\n* Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and propose creative solutions\n\n* Ability to maintain confidentiality\n\n* Experience handling complex and confidential data from multiple sources\n\n* Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) preferred\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
