Come join us! \n\nHere is what we are looking for: \n\n\n* Experience in successfully delivering large scale projects that include technical deep-dives and solving production issues in all or some of these areas: compute, networking, communications, storage, operating systems, and software engineering \n\n* Experience writing production quality code in a major programming language, such as Python, Java, Go\n\n* A strong perspective on positive customer and developer experience\n\n* A consistent track record of leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring geographically distributed teams with passion for developing engineering careers\n\n* Ability to empower teams and resolve disagreements with empathy\n\n* Experience in building services and have successfully taken projects from inception to production\n\n* Deep understanding of Linux, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes\n\n* Endorsement of infrastructure as a code and passion for software development and automation\n\n* Production experience with public cloud technologies \n\n\n\nThe Interview Process\n\nCarta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans.
