About the Role
We are seeking a Golang engineer to join an existing team helping to develop and maintain Axiom Cloud. You will be joining and experienced team that has a passion for building great products using solid engineering principles and latest technologies.
You will be working on technical tasks that range from API design to service development. You will be tasked with implementing robust, scalable, and testable software.
What You Will do:
Implement scalable web services and APIs
Develop and maintain internal software tools
Write low-level and high-level code
Troubleshoot, bug fix, and improve existing code
Identify bottlenecks and increase the efficiency of software
Communicate technical design decisions with the wider team
Must-Have Qualificationsย
3+ years experience with Golang
Experience building APIs and services
Experience with API design and testing
Experience with debugging and profiling tools for backend code
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with monitoring/observability
Exposure to platforms such as Elastic, Splunk, Clickhouse
Experience working fully remote with a globally distributed team
Experience with ETL workflows
