About The Opportunity
The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). The Principal Service Consultant works closely with the Project Manager to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. A Senior Product Designer at HappyCo is an integral part of a successful, high performing product team. About the role
Reporting to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and delivering data driven one-to-one lifecycle journeys and member experiences (both BAU and project based) that will help inform, educate, engage, and retain members with HCF.

Key responsibilities
Proactively develop and deliver one-to-one data driven lifecycle, member support and retention activity and journeys. This includes development of activity, stakeholder engagement, creative review, agency/supplier coordination and the reporting and tracking of results & insights
Ensure marketing strategies, comms plans and member journeys are data driven and support key member engagement and retention metrics
Ensure marketing excellence in developing and managing all activity within agreed timelines and budgets, and with correct QA and review processes applied
Budget management, including identifying and implementing opportunities to optimise or reduce the cost of allocated activity.
Work closely with key stakeholders, including Member Services, Product, Member Health and IT, to develop and generate marketing activity that will help achieve desired member and business outcomes
Manage the relationship with external suppliers and vendors, including ensuring SLA’s and testing is completed within agreed timelines
About you
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications
8-10 years’ experience in a data driven marketing role in medium to large organisations - business and/or government and /or not-for-profit sector.
Strong grasp of current lifecycle marketing strategies and in designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Proven track record of delivering against key metrics and in developing test and learn frameworks, across multiple channels, especially email, direct mail and SMS
Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines, work under pressure and maintain professionalism
Have strong senior stakeholder experience in a large corporate environment - and able to collaborate with internal stakeholders confidently and effectively

The data platform architecture is a critical aspect of the entire digital team’s delivery of the product vision, roadmap, strategy and analytics.\n\n* Work with the analytics team and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and current use cases, with a continual drive towards providing clearer and more accurate and actionable data.\n\n* Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems as well as make technical recommendations on make vs buy decisions.\n\n* Mentor and pair with mid-level and junior software engineers in order to develop their skills and understanding of the data architecture, platform, code, programming languages and frameworks employed within the Lovevery platform.\n\n* Lead efforts to migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions.\n\n* Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts.\n\n* Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements.\n\n* Optimize new and current database systems.\n\n* Define security and backup procedures.\n\n* Design and implement data storage and removal procedures to meet GDPR, CCPA and other data privacy requirements.\n\n* Work closely with and collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, designers, QA, Product Managers and Business functions to build, evolve and optimize needed systems and platforms.\n\n\n\n\n\nQualifications and attributes:\n\n\n* You think parenthood and early childhood are really inspiring things to work on and you have empathy for parents as users of digital products.\n\n* You have a proven track record as a top performer for 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in a consumer internet business, digital community business, or consumer products business with a digital experience.\n\n* You are interested in and have experience with cloud-based data processing and storage technologies.\n\n* You have experience working with mobile apps clients.\n\n* You have experience with eCommerce data analytics and ensuring clean eCommerce data for analysts out of solutions such as Shopify or Google Analytics.\n\n* You have experience with cloud Big Data tools and platforms such as AWS Redshift, Athena, Datalakes, Clickhouse, Snowflake.\n\n* You have built, extended, and automated ETL data pipelines.\n\n* You have experience with Google Analytics 360 and BigQuery.\n\n* You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.\n\n* You have 2+ years of experience with Graph DB (Neo4J experience would be advantageous).\n\n* You have experience working with Kafka or another stream processing platform.\n\n* You have excellent design, organizational and analytical abilities.\n\n* You are an outstanding problem solver.\n\n* Your written and oral communications are clear, concise, and thorough.\n\n* You have experience coding in Java, Python or Ruby and have a passion for writing code.\n\n* You have an Intrinsic humble hustle.\n\n* You have a “can do” attitude who comes with proposals for solutions rather than just identifying problems.\n\n\n\n\n Compensation:\n\n\n* Competitive salary, benefits, and stock options package\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
