This position plays a key role in leading the admissions delivery and overall success of our client engagements. \n\nThe Responsibilities:\n\n\nProactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students\n\nOwn targets and manage a robust pipeline\n\nInterview prospective students to ensure their qualifications and interests are a match for our programs and clientโs needs\n\nWork with Senior Client Success Managers/Client Success Managers to report admissions metrics\n\nComfort in managing pipeline through Salesforce, Google Sheets\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n1-2 years proven experience in consultative sales, consumer sales, enterprise sales/partnerships, admissions or recruiting.\n\nExceptional closing skills while retaining customer and client focus\n\nAwareness to manage ambiguity and can adapt quickly\n\nAbility to collaborate, direct work, and instills trust with internal and external stakeholders\n\nConfidence pitching and communicating in both 1:1 and 1:many situations\n\nMust be willing to work 9:00am-6:00pm EST, but remain flexible to client deliveries\n\n\n\n\nCompetencies \n\n\nDrive for Results\n\nTime Management\n\nWritten and Verbal Communications\n\nInterpersonal Savvy\n\nClient Focus \n\n\n\n\nGeneral Assembly is a licensed school in all states that we operate in, and some states require inside sales associates to be licensed to recruit or enroll students. Licensure requirements vary by state, but you may be required to answer questions pertaining to moral character, professional conduct, education, and work history.
