You will also collaborate with functional teams to develop iHerb’s holistic supply chain technology landscape, accounting for key dependencies and potential synergies across various product roadmaps across platforms. This role reports directly to the VP of Engineering, Infrastructure and Global Data. \n\n \n\n \n\nPrincipal Enterprise Architect - Order-to-Cash/Supply Chain Responsibilities:\n\n \n\n\n* Develop and execute overall Supply Chain enterprise architecture strategy to ensure solutions align with business objectives\n\n* Ensure ROI (Return on Investment) is clearly defined and account for cross-functional dependencies\n\n* Lead program steering committee meetings comprised of Director/Sr Director/VP/C-Suite stakeholders\n\n* Lead the design the end-to-end design and implementation of iHerb’s Order-to-Cash systems  leveraging best-in-class practices\n\n* Provide functional and technical direction to project teams and stakeholders to guide Order-to-Cash requirements gathering and translate into scalable and efficient solutions\n\n* Assess current iHerb’s Order-to-Cash and supply chain process, identify opportunities for improvement and benchmarking against industry standards \n\n* Functional/domain experience and/or exposure to some of the following: OMS, B2B, Transportation Management (TM), Procurement (P2P), Tax, Currency, Rebate/Scanback, Payment, WMS, demand forecasting/planning and similar.\n\n* Collaborate with iHerb’s TMO (Transformation Management Office) to define enterprise architecture standards, systems integration patterns and adherence across all iHerb enterprise systems\n\n* Build strong relationships with business teams (Merchandising, Operations, Global Logistics etc) to promote effective collaboration and user adoption\n\n* Participate and lead technology vendor evaluations and selection process, ensuring new solutions adhere to iHerb’s architectural standards and fulfill critical business requirements\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n     \n\n\n* BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field;\n\n* Proven experience (8-10+ years) as Enterprise architect or similar role, with emphasis on designing and implementing Order-to-Cash solutions\n\n* Excellent communication skills. This role will provide technical leadership, driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.\n\n \n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\n\n* Responsible for design, development, and hands-on implementation of Amazon Web Services cloud solutions\n\n* Serve as an AWS technical resource in team’s efforts to determine the needs of our client’s businesses that will simplify and automate the applications as well as make them more efficient\n\n* Participate in planning, implementation, and growth of our customer's AWS foundational footprint\n\n* Work closely with other Trace3 architects and engineers to recommend and design infrastructure, database, or data storage solutions that effectively reflect our client’s business needs, security, and service level requirements\n\n* Work with application and infrastructure teams to conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and implement Production-ready designs in Amazon Web Services\n\n* Align solutions with standards and best practices working with cross-functional engineering and consulting teams\n\n* Perform risk analysis & create mitigation strategies for continuous evaluation and validation or system design and architecture\n\n* Ability to produce as-built documentation and materials\n\n* Ability to design, build, and execute automation frameworks for deployment of AWS Cloud Environments (based on CloudFormation templates, Terraform, AWSCLI, others)\n\n* Support pre-sales activities when needed\n\n* Collaborate and communicate with Sales and Account Management team to ensure smooth and successful delivery and assist with the identification of additional Advanced Services and Sales opportunities within the customer’s environment\n\n* Establish strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in client organizations\n\n* Contribute to the development of internal best practices as well as new innovative consulting services offerings that we can take to market\n\n* Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, assisting in solving technical challenges and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.\n\n* Build a community and following around our company solutions and brand awareness\n\n\n\n\nQualifications & Interests:\n\n\n* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required or equivalent work experience\n\n* 8+ years of experience with implementation and support of infrastructure services on AWS, AWS DevIo Experience  (CodeBuild, CodePipeline, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, AWS Config, AWS Systems Manager, CloudWatch, Lambda experience) (additional DevOps experience like Jenkins and Azure DevOps is good, but not required)\n\n* 5 years of experience with current operating system administration (Examples: Windows, Linux, Ubuntu and CentOS)\n\n* 4 years of experience with APIs, performing commands through CLI to perform implementations and third-party integrations\n\n* 4 years of experience with cloud network connectivity and ExpressRoute, and ability to troubleshoot cloud connectivity issues\n\n* Previous experience working for a consulting or services organization strongly preferred\n\n* AWS Certified Solution Architect and/or DevOps Engineer\n\n* AWS Cloud Platform Experience\n\n* Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Ruby, or GoLang- specifically including experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs as well as AWS Lambda\n\n* Automation experience with CloudFormation, (Terraform, Jenkins, Git, others are a plus)\n\n* Experience deploying ControlTower with GuardRails in production\n\n* Kubernetes (Vanilla or EKS/ECS) and OpenShift 4.x experience in production (containerization and ops)\n\n* Knowledge of IAM integration with AWS environments\n\n* Experience aiding with operationalizing AWS cloud environments using AWS native and third-party tools for monitoring and management\n\n* Ability to mix deep technical expertise with simple, everyday language to deliver a story that is memorable, educational and useful\n\n* Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment\n\n* Ability to approach customer and sales requests with a proactive and consultative manner;
