About The Opportunity
The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). The Principal Service Consultant works closely with the Project Manager to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. Project responsibilities include; facilitation of customer requirements gathering, design of the Ceridian solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance and design/configuration oversight to other project resources, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager.

Visit IceMortgageTechnology to learn more.\n\nJob Description:\nResponsibilities:\n• Test web applications, APIs and client applications\n• Analyze user stories and test scenarios, develop test cases\n• Translate existing manual regression test cases into automated tests, both for web UI and API testing\n• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues\n• Write and execute test plans\n• Design and develop test tools, performance testing tools, and other quality inspection tools\n• Implement and maintain test automation and frameworks\n• Execute automated tests and analyze test automation resultsRequirements:• Open and willing to join an agile, fast paced work environment\n• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to explain, present, and showcase concepts and concerns to technical and non-technical audiences.\n• Must be familiar with entire Software Development Life Cycle process\n• Knowledge of at least one programming language: Java, C#, Python or other\n• Exposure to various web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript\n• Exposure to various versioning systems (Git, TFS, Subversion)\n• Experience with automated testing tools and technologies: Selenium, Jenkins, Test Runners\n• Exposure to and experience with test case management tools\n• Exposure to system administration tasks in Windows or Linux (examples: managing users, updating permissions, modifying networking, remote system management)\n• Self-motivated, able to learn and research issues independently\n• Knowledge of modern best practices for professional software development including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations\n• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering degree.\nIce Mortgage Technology is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. The team manages the web console, notebook IDE, CLI, and browser streaming applications.
