In this role you would make an impact on two fronts; as an individual contributor and as manager. \n\n\nWorking with the Director, Product Operations as part of the Product organization you would be a strategic partner in bringing amazing new features and products to the travel community, to both the travel providers and to passengers! \n\n\nTPMs are the bridge between the business (Product Managers) that define a roadmap and the engineering teams that bring the roadmap to life. This means the TPM is a PO that builds a healthy backlog, organizes and communicates to stakeholders and very importantly the technical first line with expertise to vet and investigate issues.  As a manager you will build these skills in the team and create a culture that allows each individual to shine and demonstrate their own super power.\n\n\nYOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:\n-Solid experience with Agile and managing a clear, well defined and prioritized backlog  \n-Comfortable working in the backend i.e using a tool to simulate API request/responses, understand integration points, read system diagrams \n-Able to troubleshoot and dig into issues through (basic) database queries, looking through logs and simulating front end flows\n-Confident Product Owner that focuses on business problems, users flows and is data centric for decisions and insights.\n-Inclined to take initiative and fill in the gaps!
