If this sounds good so far then reach out and we'll share the details.\n\nSkills & Requirements\n\nWe're looking for someone who can comfortably work on whole features/stories independently, covering both front-end and back-end concerns. One day you might take a provided design (or coded HTML/CSS) and turn it into a working part of the Angular app and the next day you might add endpoints to the Node-based REST API to support the new functionality.\n\nRequired skills/experience:\n\n\n* Strong understanding of modern JavaScript and NodeJs concepts\n\n* 3+ years web app development experience\n\n* 2+ years of NodeJs and Javascript (including a solid grasp of ES6)\n\n* 1+ year of AngularJs / React or other SPA experience\n\n* Document/NoSQL database experience (MongoDB preferred)\n\n* HTML, CSS, SASS/LESS, Babel\n\n* Fluency in Git, GitHub and source code management concepts\n\n\n\n\nBonus skills/experience:\n\n\n* Social Media APIs (Facebook, Twitter, etc)\n\n* Redis and/or ElasticSearch\n\n* Microservices architecture (especially RabbitMQ)\n\n* React and React-Native experience\n\n* Previous contract and remote work experience\n\n\n\n\nWorking Remote:\n\n\n* This is a 100% remote position, communication and self-direction are incredibly important\n\n* You'll need a dedicated workspace (with a door)\n\n* You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (collaboration requires bandwidth)\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
