\nSenior Analyst I's are responsible for quantifying and communicating Included Health's value to our clients. This position plays a crucial role within our Financial Impact team, which reports up through our broader Insights for Business Excellence (IBEX) organization. \n\n\nThe IBEX team's mission is to translate data and business context into insights that drive the best decisions and actions for our clients and our business. We partner closely with our Data, Product, and Go to to Market organizations, among others, to assess the impact that Included Health has on the cost of healthcare for our clients and quantify that both in terms of clinical outcomes as well as financial savings. IDS provides the tools for warfighters and cyber operators not just to prepare for them, but to anticipate the risks and to be ready for them when they arrive.\n\nSocial Media Environment and Internet Replication (SMEIR™), a product of IDS International Government Services, is a digital training solution that provides a full-range, free-play, immersive, realistic and scalable operational practice environment in which warfighters simultaneously train on full-spectrum cyberspace operations and social media analytics during integrated and multi-dimensional exercises.\n\nIDS International is seeking a Mid to Senior level Full Stack JavaScript Software Engineer to join our growing team and build out the next generation of our internet simulation platform, called SMEIR. The Software Engineer will replicate various websites and social media platforms that will be used for cyber-training exercises. IDSI’s engineering team uses a modified Scrum/Agile process. Candidate must be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision. IDSI uses Slack, Jira and Git for project and software management. Our main office is in Arlington, VA with remote opportunities available for the right candidate.   \n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Use software development languages including Javascript, Node.js, SQL and tools to write, edit, maintain, and test computer software as part of a synthetic cyberspace training environment.\n\n* Follow the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to plan, design, build, test, and deploy software applications, ranging from websites and mobile applications to web applications, video games, and back end API architecture.\n\n* In addition to creating new software, improve and maintain the working order of existing software.\n\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n\n* Minimum 3 years professional experience with:\n\n\n* JavaScript (ECMA)\n\n* Node.js\n\n* HTML5/CSS3\n\n* Building and using RESTful APIs\n\n* Git\n\n* Familiarity with Microservice Architecture.\n\n\n\n\n\n* Minimum of 5 years of professional, related experience.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\n* Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.\n\n* Experience with:\n\n\n* Meteor.js\n\n* MongoDB\n\n* React.js\n\n* Docker\n\n* Kubernetes\n\n\n\n\n\n* Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.\n\n* Dev/Ops Experience with Linux, BASH, Python.\n\n\n\n\nIDS’s competitive benefit package starts you off out on the right foot.
