You will assist with requirements gathering, acceptance criteria, test cases, test execution, test automation, and overall process improvements to increase testing efficiency and product quality.\n\nThe position is based in the United States and can be performed remotely when necessary. Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Work closely with the business and the engineering team on requirements gathering for product testing.\n\n* Participates in requirements reviews; Analyzes system and business requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and accurate.\n\n* Create, execute, and automate test plans and test cases to ensure that acceptance criteria have been met.\n\n* Advise and implement test strategies to focus testing efforts.\n\n* Ad-hoc testing to ensure that core functionality and integrity of the system remains intact.\n\n* Testing environment set up to ensure testing efforts match customer configurations.\n\n* Regression and Automation test maintenance.\n\n* Learn new skills and look for new technologies to improve testing.\n\n* Follow testing process and look for improvements in all areas.\n\n* Assist technical writer to ensure documentation is accurate and updated as needed.\n\n* Be positive and professional in all work activities.\n\n\n\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\n\n* This is an entry/intermediate position, the right person for this role would have related work experience, training, or education in software product testing, analysis, and requirements gathering.\n\n* BS/MS degree in a Technology related field a plus.\n\n\n\n\n\n* Fundamental proficiency with industry-standard operating systems and business application suites\n\n* High-level conceptual knowledge of digital certificates and their usage a plus\n\n* Understanding of core networking fundamentals\n\n* Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to an ever-changing landscape.\n\n* Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills.\n\n* Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n\n* Experience with test automation a plus\n\n* Experience with AzureDevOps (TFS) a plus\n\n* Working knowledge of relational database usage (i.e., SQL) is a plus.\n\n* Familiarity with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI) or cryptography is a plus.\n\n* Basic knowledge of Active Directory\n\n* Basic knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services\n\n\n\n\nCompensation\n\nSalary will be commensurate with experience. \n\nCulture, Career Opportunities and Benefits\n\nWe build teams that continually strive to get better than the day before.
