This role will be fast-faced and will support a number of stakeholders within the business (Compliance Operations) and drive positive change.\n\nHereโs what youโll be doing as a Business Analyst:\n\n\n* Youโll gather, define, maintain functional requirement specifications in collaboration with stakeholders ranging from Product, Engineers, Customer Support, Finance, Compliance and Operational teams;\n\n* You will translate stakeholdersโ business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, including business process diagrams;\n\n* You will validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environments together with our Senior Business Analyst and Product Manager;\n\n* You will demonstrate your ability to manage multiple sources of information and master the specification of solutions based on a wide spectrum of technologies and techniques, such as web services;\n\n* You will prepare and conduct requirement workshops, walkthroughs, critical reviews, and presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives;\n\n* You will be expected to generate and compile reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues;\n\n* Also to look at data and processes for an understanding of where to implement improvements.\n\n\n\n\nYouโll report to our Platform Product Director and will be a part of the amazing Product & Design department.\n\nHereโs what weโd love from our new Business Analyst:\n\n\n* 3+ years working within Business analyst role with the previous experience in the financial services industry (banks or Fintech Startups), in Financial Crime, AML, Compliance areas;\n\n* Experience in Product Development and lifecycle. You will be the best peer to our amazing Compliance Product Manager and Business Analyst, and in TransferGo we are being lead by the product mindset, thus, we would love you to think alike; \n\n* Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), strong analytical problem-solving skills with diligent attention to detail and quality of output;\n\n* Proven experience in eliciting requirements and generating process documentation (including gap analysis, process and data mapping), preferably proficient in diagramming tools (eg. Miro, Lucidchart); \n\n* Track record of collaborating with software engineering teams with the experience with agile software delivery methodologies;\n\n* Good communication skills to deliver the right message across the whole organisation also being a Quick learner with an Ability to navigate in an ambiguous environment and to select right tools to reach business requirements;\n\n* Clear passion and enthusiasm for your work.\n\n\n\n\nAnd if you can also do this stuff, even better:\n\n\n* Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations in relation to different markets;\n\n* Experience in developing and mapping processes within compliance framework.\n\n\n\n\nMonthly salary starting from 2900 EUR (gross) depending on the level of experience.\nWhat we believe\n\nAt TransferGo, we offer competitive rewards to all our people including company equity.
