This position will report directly into the Senior Director, Strategic Project Management.\nKey Responsibilities: \n\n\n* Develop financial models and data analytics to support business case development, and other strategic priorities\n\n* Support development and execution of annual operating plan for departments across the COO Org including financial planning and modeling, case development, and identification of cost optimization opportunities\n\n* Become a trusted advisor to leadership on business operations standard methodologies, P&L management, process improvement and other ad hoc initiatives\n\n* Tackle and drive value creation initiatives with cross functional participants and partners to improve company profitability, optimize business processes, and enhance operational capabilities\n\n* Become a strategic advisor and business partner to the Customer Success and Expert Services leadership team supporting management reporting, business process improvement, and operating model changes.\n\n* Support other business operations processes and ad hoc priorities including reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n\n* At least 3-5 years of proven experience in one or more of the following: finance, strategy, and/or business operations\n\n* Proficiency with SQL, Financial Planning systems (ie. Adaptive Insights), or Business Intelligence tools (ie.
