This role requires an individual to be highly technical, have exceptional problem-solving skills, and have strong communication and leadership skills. \n\n\n\nIn this role, you will:\n* Provide support for all end-user technology services while in-person, or remote via Jira Service Desk and Slack. \n* Develop, enhance, and implement Client Services processes and policies. \n* Schedule, manage, and direct Client Services team members on a daily basis.\n* Research, install/implement, and upgrade internal systems and Saas platforms.\n* Purchase hardware and software, and contribute to quarterly financial planning.\n* Deploy and maintain conference room systems, printers, digital signage, and other office equipment.\n* Work cross-collaboratively on client-side projects to improve security, increase efficiency, or improve user experience. \n* Create and maintain documentation for internal team processes and user-facing support articles.\n* Travel may be required to support various locations within the Bay Area.\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n* 8+ years of experience in an IT Support/Admin role.\n* 2+ years of experience in a lead role.\n* Experience with Windows 10, Ubuntu, Chrome OS, and macOS in an enterprise environment.\n* Experience with VMware and client-level virtualization software (Parallels, VirtualBox, etc.)\n* Experience with Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting.\n* Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (VPN, DHCP, DNS, etc.)\n* Strong security foundation and endpoint best practices. \n* Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar ticketing and documentation tools.\n* Strong knowledge of Active Directory account administration.\n* Experience configuring and/or troubleshooting Single Sign on (Azure, Okta, Ping, etc.)\n* Solid understanding of endpoint management tools (ECM/Intune, Jamf, Landscape, etc.)\n* Scripting experience (PowerShell, bash, Python, etc.)\n* Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills. \n\n\n\n\n\nCompensation\nThere are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $135,000 to $165,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
