Remote Finance Manager Manager

Join us in revolutionizing healthcare accessibility through innovation and excellence.\n\nPosition Overview:\n\n\n* Oversee monthly financial reporting and dashboard with accounting team \n\n* Partner with revenue cycle team to review reimbursement and payer mix \n\n* Oversee accounts payable function, credit cards, and expense reports \n\n* Own financial analyses around customer acquisition and clinical labor\n\n* Ensure finance and clinical operations alignment on data and dashboards \n\n* Support investor and grant tracking and reporting \n\n* Track client and partner financial performance and outcomes\n\n* Work with financial planning and analysis on modeling, budgeting, and forecasting\n\n* Serve as point of contact for all finance vendors and tools \n\n* Work with Finance advisors on strategic finance and reporting\n\n* Work with tax partner on annual tax reporting \n\n* Oversee managed services flow of funds \n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* Bachelor's Degree in related field required\n\n* 3+ years of Health Care Services experience \n\n* Budgeting and reporting experience \n\n* Experience performing financial analysis \n\n* Knowledge of CPT codes and Health Care Coding preferred\n\n* Experience with Health Insurance Claims Processing preferred\n\n* Proven Project Management Skills\n\n* Experience or interest in working with an early stage/high growth company\n\n\n\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\n\n\n* $90,000\n\n* Medical/Dental/Vision Plans available\n\n* EAP\n\n* 401(k)\n\n* Equity options\n\n* Future opportunities for advancement\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
