In this role, you will design and execute a grant administration framework to support the implementation of the organizationโs philanthropic and federal funding across program teams. In addition to administering annual program expenses of about $40 million, the Director of Grants Administration will establish sound policies, procedures and systems that ensure seamless execution of all grant-funded project, financial and reporting deliverables. This is a highly dynamic and creative fundraising team within the organization that will ultimately be expected to effectively deploy and steward the resources we raise annually to support our mission.\n\nThis position will report to the Managing Director, Growth and Development and will work closely with our finance and program teams.
