As our Accounting Manager, youโ€™ll work with our world-class Finance team. Feeling it?\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\nAs an Accounting Manager, you would work company-wide to provide financial reporting excellence to support the growth of the company.\n\nSome of what you will be doing includes:\n\n\n* Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP\n\n* Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting\n\n* Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement\n\n* Prepare monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders\n\n* Manage payroll processes\n\n* Manage 3rd party vendors and processes related to tax, audit, R&D, etc\n\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.\n\n* Maintain and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\n\n* Drive process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounting function through automation and standardization.\n\n* Lead and mentor junior accounting professional, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.\n\n\n\n\nThe skills required for this role - \n\n\n* You have a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting or Finance\n\n* You have a CPA required\n\n* You have a minimum of 6 years of accounting experience\n\n* You have a proven track record of leading financial reporting processes and delivering accurate, timely financial statements\n\n* You have a strong understanding of GAAP, financial controls, and compliance requirements\n\n* You have experience implementing process improvements and leveraging technology to drive efficiency\n\n* You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders\n\n* You are a strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate business needs and contribute to long-term financial planning and decision-making\n\n* You are detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting\n\n* You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization\n\n* You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\n\n\n\n\nBonus points - \n\n\n* You have experience in Fintech\n\n* You have experience with multi-entity accounting / transfer pricing\n\n* You have worked in a fast-paced and rapidly changing start-up environment\n\n* You come from a family of small business owners\n\n* You have a non-traditional or diverse background (personal or professional).
