As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will foster strong relationships with the diverse Arbitrum community, building bridges between developers, users, and enthusiasts. You will also act as a vital link between our internal team and the Arbitrum Ambassadors, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n* Be the voice of Arbitrum across various community channels (Discord, Telegram, etc.), fostering a positive and collaborative online environment.\n* Cultivate connections with key community members, influencers, and developers, building trust and ambassadorship for Arbitrum.\n* Maintain regular communication with ambassadors to keep them engaged and motivated.\n* Provide ambassadors with the necessary resources and tools to facilitate their roles, especially those related to Web3 technologies.\n* Connect ambassadors with relevant team members to address their questions and needs.\n* Develop and maintain easy-to-use resources for the community and ambassadors, focusing on Web3 applications and technologies.\n* Ensure resources are up-to-date and accessible.\n* Gather and analyze community sentiment, relaying valuable insights to internal teams for continuous improvement of the Arbitrum experience.\n* Act as a liaison between the internal Ambassador Program team and external ambassadors.\n* Collaborate with community managers in specific regions to support community initiatives.\n* Assist in the planning and execution of ambassador activities and events.\n* Review and evaluate proposals related to ambassador initiatives.\n* Provide constructive feedback and support the implementation of approved proposals.\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* 2+ years experience in Web3 Space \n* Previous experience in community management, customer support or as an ambassador, preferably in Web3 space.\n* Familiar with Layer 1 and Layer 2 ecosystems.\n* Strong record of active participation in Web3 communities via X.com and Discord.\n* Familiarity with social media and content creation.\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.\n* Preferably based in Asia time zones.\n* Proficiency in English and another Asian language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, or Vietnamese) would be a plus.\n\n\n\nAdditional Requirements or Expectations Specific to the Position:\n* Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate communication across different time zones.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
