This means spotting opportunities, solving ambiguities, and seeking effective solutions to the problems our customers care about. \n\nOverview:\n\nAs the SecOps Engineer II, you will report to the SecOps Manager.\n\n\n* System security engineering or information security engineering.\n\n* Develop both internal and external systems.\n\n* Operating system security for all platforms.\n\n* Network security, networking technologies, and network monitoring tools.\n\n\n\nYou will:\n\n\n* Architect, engineer, implement, monitor and document security measures - Protecting LivePerson computer systems, networks and information.\n\n* Identify and define system security requirements that are inline with industry and compliance standards.\n\n* Design computer security architecture and develop detailed cyber security controls both on-premise and in multiple cloud tenants.\n\n* Work with teams to identify security issues in cloud systems.\n\n* Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols\n\n* Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices\n\n* Develop technical solutions to help reduce security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.\n\n* Be an escalation point and technical subject matter expert for Security Analysts and any third-party security providers.\n\n* Be responsible for all areas involving IT and operations infrastructure to ensure performance and data confidentiality, integrity and availability.\n\n* Document, monitor and report on different security related processes to ensure system and data integrity, security and availability.\n\n\n\nYou have:\n\n\n* 3-5 years of hands-on experience with multi-cloud service environments.\n\n* Hands-on experience with Networking, Elastic, OKTA, IDM, AD, JAMF and Windows, Linux, MacOS Operating systems.\n\n* Ability to operate in a 24x7 operational environment (working in shifts) - Including weekends and holidays\n\n* Experience responding to security incidents and log analysis.\n\n* At least 5 years experience in IT / System teams in a SAAS /Cloud company.\n\n* Experience establishing procedures, reports, Service level agreements and escalations.\n\n* Knowledge of Python / Go (big advantage)\n\n* Valid CompTia CySA+ Certificate\n\n\n\nBenefits:\n\n\n* Health: medical, dental, and vision\n\n* Time away: vacation and holidays\n\n* Development: Native AI learning and Fast track growth opportunities\n\n* Equal opportunity employer\n\n* #LI-Remote\n\n\n\n\nWhy you’ll love working here:\n\nAs leaders in enterprise customer conversations, we celebrate diversity, empowering our team to forge impactful conversations globally.
