You'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our software solutions, working with a varied technology stack, and ensuring that our products are functional, efficient, reliable, and scalable.\n\nBy joining us, you're not just choosing a job; you're aligning with a vision that values the human side of tech, where your skills and passion are recognized, nurtured, and celebrated.\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n\n* Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing user-centered digital products and applications.\n\n* Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design process, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.\n\n* Excellent understanding of user experience principles, usability best practices, and design thinking methodologies.\n\n* Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.\n\n* Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.\n\n* Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and propose innovative solutions.\n\n* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.\n\n* Strong visual design skills and an understanding of typography, color theory, and UI design principles.\n\n* Familiarity with responsive design principles and experience in designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, and desktop).\n\n* Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.\n\n* Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.\n\n* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.\n\n* Advanced English level\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
