Remote On Call Customer Experience Associate

The ideal candidate has superior customer interaction skills, strong attention to detail, and a mindset toward workplace safety, security, and satisfaction. This position will be on call and must work a minimum of 8 hours a week.\n\n\nThis position is on-site at one of our client locations in Chicago, IL; the hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, there will be occasions where candidate will need to work past 5 pm for a work event or other work related duties.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n* Available to be on-call\n* Willing to come in with a 24 hour notice\n* Greet and sign in guests while in reception area\n* Program, print, and distribute access badges for employees\n* Ensure badges are displayed properly \n* Provide workplace directions, answer employee questions, and escort vendors as needed\n* Intermittently walk the Premises to monitor the Premises during their shift \n* Monitor the reception area \n* Track inventory and supplies\n* Answer tickets and service requests within SLA\n* Receive packages for Client while in the reception area \n* Other tasks as mutually agreed by the parties.\n\n\n\nRequired Skills \n* Strong interpersonal skills\n* Integrity and professionalism\n* Excellent customer service \n* Verbal and written communication\n* Data-entry/reporting\n* Attention to detail\n\n\n\nBonus Skills \n* Conflict resolution/problem solving\n* Ability to identify and assess risk \n* Knowledge of Security Operations and Procedures\n* Safety Management\n\n\n\n\n$29.23 - $29.23 an hour\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
