Remote Junior Trader
\nAt PINTU, we are building the #1 crypto investment platform focusing on new investors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We understand that 99% of new investors are underserved due to existing solutions catering to the 1% who are professionals and early adopters. Hence, we have developed an app to assist them in learning, investing, and selling cryptocurrencies with just one click. We seek a Trader Associate to join our OTC team and support day-to-day OTC activities.What You’ll Be Doing\nIn this role, you will:\n\n* Responsible for timely buying and selling in the OTC market. Review stock orders \nto ensure accuracy and proper record-keeping. \n\n* Provide in-house quotes for Pintu’s customers and maintain accounts to ensure \ncustomers’s satisfaction. \n\n* Responsible for onboarding prospective clients and partners, including working closely with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance measures. \n\n* Responsible for acquiring new clients and fostering professional-client relationships.\n\n* Open, manage, and supervise the relationship with various digital asset \nexchanges, OTC dealers, liquidity providers, and market-makers, and monitor any potential counterparty risk. \n\n* Prepare, update, and write periodical reports on OTC transactions and balances.\n\n* Identify financial trading strategies and opportunities. Design and implement \ntrading algorithms, analyzing market data and market structures and performing \nrisk analysis. \n\n* Work closely with the structuring team on the development process of any \nstructured products and/or collective investment schemes.\n\n* Manage and research yield strategies, including market-neutral trades.\n\n* Conduct research on any potential new revenue streams (potentially working \nclosely with the Corporate Strategy team). \n\n* Calculate appropriate allocations, rebalancing and execute prop trades.\n\n\n\n\nWho We Are Looking For\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, computer science, data analysis, or \nrelated field preferred. \n\n* Fluent in English\n\n* Strong math, statistical, and quantitative skills.\n\n* High accuracy in numerical data.\n\n* Effective and good communication skills.\n\n* High sense of ownership, strong motivation, high ethical standards, and \nability to work extended hours comfortably. \n\n* Can handle multiple, complex issues and prioritize in demanding situations.\n\n\n\nLet’s Realise a Cryptocurrency Bank for Everyone!\nWe are building the #1 cryptocurrency bank for everyone to accelerate the transition to an open financial system\nWe have impacted many lives but there’s still plenty to do and we can’t do it alone.
