Work with stakeholders to define product goals and execute development and delivery of solutions.โฏ Become an expert in translating goals into solutions. \n\nA day in the life!\n\nManage projects from definition to release to maintenance \nConduct market research and visit clients and prospective clients.\nWork with stakeholders to document processes and identify improvement opportunities. \nCreate consensus for user stories/projects. \nCommunicate product enhancements and features to stakeholders \nLead collaboration with cross-functional teams on product needs/functions/features. \nProvide training/demonstrations of new features to cross-functional teams as part of Agile handoff. \nLook for new ways to evaluate data and improve customer experience. \nConduct analyses of product features, including user behavior analysis, A/B testing, segmentation/funnel studies, product-success metrics development, KPIโs, and other product performance metrics. \nMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information. \nWhat weโre looking for:\n\nAbility to prioritize requirements and create user stories by understanding product strategy, plans, and roadmaps. \nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle. \nAbility to collaborate with software engineers to deliver requirements and prototypes. \nCreative thinking; affinity for solving challenging problems. \nStrong presentation/writing skills. \nCollaborative mindset, creativity, and analytical thinking. \n \nJob Requirements: \n5 years experience Business-analysis, product-owner, consulting and/or related experience \nAgile Scrum experience \nHistory of industry expertise through curiosity, drive, and experimentation \nExperience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making process \n\nPreferred Requirements \nHealthcare experience \nSaaS, B2B, and/or enterprise-software experience\nFigma or other prototyping solution experience \n\nPlease mention the word **TENDERLY** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMy4xNDMuOS4xMTU=).
