We offer competitive salaries, meaningful equity and stellar health, dental and vision benefits.\n\n**As a lead member of our platform team, you will**\n* Lead technical and architecture sessions, roadmaps, and objective documents\n* Contribute to defining strategic direction, planning the roadmap, escalating issues, and synthesizing feedback to ensure team success\n* Demonstrate ability to succeed in a wide range of complex situations across multiple axes: e.g. scale, uncertainty, interconnectedness\n* Assess and maintain a high bar for technical aptitude in new hires\n* Participate in the design review process, providing constructive criticism\n* Push for best-practices in our technology stack and across our company\n\n**A strong candidate will have or show**\n* 5+ years industry experience developing SaaS-based solutions\n* Demonstrated ability to develop cloud-based applications\n* Incredible attention to detail along with a keen sense for when enough is enough\n* Familiarity with some or all of our current tech stack: Ruby/RailsAPI, JavaScript/React, AWS/EB, Postgres, PostGIS\n* Recent experience leading one or more small, full-stack or backend software development teams (bonus)\n\n**By working with us youโll have an opportunity to**\n* Introduce automation into some of the most complex government workflows\n* Build a highly-modular, core system of record for agencies from the ground up (think Salesforce or Atlassian)\n* Play a role in developing new models for interaction between governments and citizens\n* Build software that is used on a daily basis by both citizens and government employees \n\nPlease mention the words **MOMENT MAN HEIGHT** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMy4xOS4zMC4yMzI=).
