\nYour responsibilities and requirements:\n\n\n* Proficient in blockchain technical concepts, cryptography, architecting secure and distributed systems and having the ability to translate the architecture and design into actually working code\n\n* Understanding of Layer 2 blockchain concepts, at least one of: State Channel, Payments Channel, Pegged Side Chains or Plasma. Ability to implement these concepts or willingness to quickly learn how.\n\n* Self-starter, not afraid to work as a part of a bigger team and also alone on some tasks\n\n* Happy to be part of the remotely working team of engineers and product development people\n\n* Hungry for learning more, being exceptional blockchain technical expert, go-to person\n\n* Able to comfortably use the English language for communication of technical concepts, both verbally and on writing\n\n* Node.js and Solidity experience is a must. This is a unique opportunity to join super early a team that is conceiving, designing and developing an entirely new marketplace on the blockchain, which can unlock a new asset class that can have a tremendously positive impact in the world. For this position, we’re looking to hire a Senior Blockchain Engineer with a strong focus on designing and developing decentralized applications on Ethereum. We’re expecting to hire an outstanding developer that has the potential to grow as a team leader. You will be working together with the rest of the Engineering team, building the different parts of our smart contracts architecture, while clearly documenting your work. We’re a small, distributed team with a focus on rapid development and constant iteration based on users’ feedback.\n\n# Responsibilities\n
