\nYOUR ROLE\n\nAs a champion of paid social media, the director is responsible for delivering a level of innovation and excellence in the work produced for our clients. This requires an in-depth understanding of paid social media, along with all media channels and how they intertwine, as well as the intricacies of media activation and campaign performance analysis.\n\n\nManage a team in planning and executing campaigns on a mix of the following platforms: Meta/Facebook & Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat. \n\nA strategic POV and the ability to translate that strategy into smart and sound paid social tactics.\n\n\nProviding strategic leadership based on an in-depth knowledge of each clientsโ business.\n\nAbility to provide holistic proactive strategies across multiple accounts: including cross channel strategic optimization, learning agenda, and operational accountability.\n\nUnderstanding of brand and direct response social initiatives offered in social media paid advertising (i.e. measurement and tracking capabilities specific to platforms).\n\n* Skilled in leading day to day client operations, management of internal teams and POV development. \n\n* Liaising, collaboration and building a partnership with internal team members, from account (media planning) to integrated investment teams.\n\nBalancing and meeting deadlines and challenges with strong organizational skills.\n\nA compassionate leader who manages by example. You enjoy training and managing others and take pride in the team success.\n\nBringing a positive and optimistic outlook which contributes to our strong company culture and growing business goals.\n\n\n\n\nREQUIREMENTS \n\n\n 6+ yearsโ working with paid social media and strategy. Media agency experience is highly desirable. \n\n Experience in managing large budgets (six figure monthly budgets, minimum).\n\nA thorough understanding of the paid social media landscape and how itโs evolving.\n\nAbility to advance the media product delivered to clients, fueled by a holistic understanding of advertising and media.\n\nA great connector โ someone who is skilled with relationship building between in-house teams and partner agencies, along with media partners.\n\nTeam management, including managing and mentoring team members. Reviews, performance issues, timely reviews/feedback, active work distribution and fair rotations.\n\nParticipation in new business.\n\nStrong listening skills believes good thinking can come from anyone and any place.\n\nA team player willing to compromise their point of view in support of others. This person WILL BE part of a highly successful integrated cross-discipline team\n\n\n\n\nSalary range $105 - $150k. Commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications and tenure of the applicant.
