Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely.\n\n\nYour Mission\nWe are looking for a STORE-MERCHANDISING & CRO SPECIALIST to join BlaBlaCarโ€™s Growth Marketing team. Reporting to the Organic Marketing Manager, your role will be to define, prioritize & implement actions on specific touchpoints of each of our stores (app, website & blog) in order to :\n- Support business, marketing or informational needs.\n- Optimizing the conversion rate of our user journeys. \n\n\nThe Organic Marketing team\nThe Organic Marketing teamโ€™s scope is:\n- First and foremost, to define and roll-out an SEO strategy enabling us to emerge as a global & multimodal organic actor on all active markets.\n- But it also includes the management of our websiteโ€™s Landing Pages, content & UX, notably to support all marketing initiatives on the latter.\n\n\nWith this hiring we want to increase our ability to support these marketing initiatives while putting more focus on conversion rate optimization projects. You will be working on web applications, mobile apps, desktop apps, marketing websites, and email.\n\nWe are looking for candidates who bring the following skills to the table:\n\n\n* Experience with web application design, marketing website design, and offline (print) design\n\n* Comprehensive understanding of UI/UX principles\n\n* Solid web front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Even though we have a great team to help you integrate your designs with our applications, in order to be a great application designer, we expect that you can implement enough JavaScript to make your designs come to life (even in a basic way).\n\n* Experience and interest in both actual application design and marketing design.
