That’s where you come in!\n\nAs a Senior Program Manager, Content Management working on D&D Digital, you will drive program and content localization initiatives across teams in the US and Poland to improve WotC’s official D&D digital content and toolset, D&D Beyond.\n\nOur team is looking for a Program Manager that is responsible for the coordination across functions to implement a localized content strategy on D&D Beyond. You will define the needs of the content management system, outline the localization process, and own supporting processes and policies. You are responsible for project milestones and timelines, risk management, and ongoing program deliveries.\n\nYou will build and maintain effective program management processes that improve quality and efficiency. You own delivering content management system features and localized copy when expected and to specifications. You will collaborate with teams across D&D, WotC, and Hasbro, regarding project status, processes, and performance metrics.\n\nStrong remote work experience and both written and verbal communication skills are a must. A solid understanding of, and appreciation for, D&D is a plus.\nWhat You'll Do:\n\n\n* Create and lead multiple concurrent project plans for content tool projects at various levels of scope and complexity.\n\n* Own writing, editing, reviewing, and localizing global copy for the D&D Beyond site.\n\n* Collaborate with UX designers, UX researchers, Product, and Engineers to implement content localization strategy.\n\n* Identify and lead all aspects of vendor management to support content management tools and localization efforts.\n\n* Manage internal and external team dependencies to ensure work is completed on time.\n\n* Communicate program status and performance to peers and leadership.\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Bring: \n\n\n* 5+ years program or project management experience.\n\n* Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.\n\n* Experience with content management systems and global localization.\n\n* Experience with external vendor management.\n\n* Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.\n\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\n* Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.\n\n* Strong attention to detail.\n\n\n\nNice to Have:\n\n\n* Experience writing copy for digital game tools and eCommerce sites.\n\n* Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.\n\n* Proficiency with project management software, especially JIRA / Atlassian tools.\n\n* Experience with Dungeons & Dragons.\n\n\n\nWe are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer\n\nThe above is intended to describe the general content of and the requirements for satisfactory performance in this position.
